Creta Verano Hotel

The hotel is a very nice place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep and relax, nice staff, clean rooms and good food. The staff were very polite and if you are respectful, you will earn respect. The hotel is close to the ***** in a quiet area but is quite far from the beach. For its category, it is an excellent hotel.

The location of the hotel is in a good part of the city, practically in the center. Bars are nearby, a shopping center is nearby and buses stop nearby. The road to the sea is quite straight, about 900 m. The service left a double impression, some are unpleasant and keep pointing to some internal rules that this is not allowed, that is not allowed, while the other is pleasant to communicate with. The rooms are small, small enough to store furniture, clothes and things. But they are well managed and maintained. You won't get water or anything else, you have to buy everything. The beds are hard, the metal is covered with plastic, there are no mattresses or padding, and you have to bring your own towels or daily ones from the room. The pool is suitable for swimming, too small for swimming. The territory is compact, well maintained and tidy. There's nothing wrong with the food :( it lacks taste, just like diet light food. Daily choice of fish and meat, and potatoes/rice/pasta. A lot of vegetables, just chopped, practically without spices, although you can add soy or oil or vinegar. Our attention it was clean and tidy - that's all good. We were disappointed with the food, drinks too. The bar has nothing, it's the wrong time, it's something else. Brandy (local) ran out on the first day, beer after a few days. I didn't like that they lied - it will be tomorrow , there is no tomorrow, etc.

The hotel manager was probably one of the rudest people I encountered during my weeks stay at Malia. We were constantly being accused of making too much noise even though that was not the case. Very poor service and will not be returning again.

We loved to spend our holiday here. The staff was very kind and helpful. Especially Maria, she is lovely. Our room was clean, comfy. The food was varied, delicious. The beach is a 15min walk away. Little stores and bars was near. What we regretted is that the pool can be used until 7.30pm, and some drink in the bar only available between 9-11pm.

Joli hôtel familial au cœur de Mallia et des restaurants,calme et cosy ,bien aménagé. on s y sent bien. Nous y avons passés une semaine fin mai où on a pu apprécier le calme ,une terrasse .Les chambres sont correctes,la literie confortable . la piscine est bien pas très grande et peu profonde .. Le personnel est très serviable ,ménage parfait tous les jours, l accueil du gérant ( j ai oublié le nom Sam ?) et de sa petite famille est chaleureux , .

Hotel mały, skromny dla niewymagających.. jedzenie monotonne, pod koniec pobytu nie wiedziałam już co wybierać. Alkohole tylko podstawowe, sniadanie, obiad kolacja bez przekąsek. Zero atrakcji, bar chyba do 23. Basen mały, jak weszło z 10 osób to już było tłoczno. Z plusów: Lokalizacja świetna, 10 min do samego centrum, pokoje czyste, sprzątane. Ogólnie nie wybrałabym ponownie tego hotelu. Było sporo Niemców, ale Polacy też byli! :)
