Hotels con pick-up a Malgrat de Mar

We have just returned from a week at the Hotel Promenade. We had a fantastic room on the fifth floor, a penthouse suite with a large terrace and a huge outdoor bath tub. I really loved the outside bathtub after dark, looking up at the stars and the moon and listening to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. Sheer bliss! Worth the extra money for the room, especially as the pool area was in the shade for most of the day. We only sunbathed on our on terrace and it was so peaceful. The food in the hotel was very good and it offered good variety. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, I don’t know all their names but Ana, the restaurant manager was extremely efficient and the restaurant staff including Oscar and Fatima were all nice. Everyone at reception was very friendly. Peggy, who organised our check in was very helpful. Unfortunately the hotel does not have a very good swimming pool, and as someone who loves swimming, I was a bit disappointed in this, but this was the only downside. However, we did use the indoor pool in the spa a couple of times. It costs 15 euros for two hours and it’s totally worth it. It is a really lovely spa, a real oasis of tranquility and was a perfect option for a couple of cloudy afternoons. The hotel is close to the beach and although the railway runs between the hotel and the beach there is an underpass right in front of the hotel that takes you right on to the beach and there is a really nice walkway the length of the beach. All in all a very enjoyable and great value holiday.

Impresionante! El mejor Hotel de la zona sin ninguna duda. Infinidad de posibilidades para comer. Diferentes estilos de comida tanto dentro del Hotel como justo delante y de mucha calidad. El Hotel tiene cinco piscinas, con servicios de bebida, cama balinesa, animación, etc. Por la noche poder tomar un cocktail con la música en directo es una gozada (y si no te apetece, desde la habitación no se escucha prácticamente nada). Volveremos sin ninguna duda.

Questo hotel è un bellissimo piccolo, situato nel centro di Tossa De Mar, a pochi metri dalla stazione di autobus, bar e ristoranti. L'hotel è molto pulito e moderno con belle camere. Ho pagato solo circa £40 per notte che includeva un colazione gratuito che era meraviglioso con molta scelta. È a soli 10 minuti a piedi piatti al mare e alla vecchia città. In generale, consiglio questo hotel se stai cercando un vero valore per il soggiorno di denaro

Fantastic stay for a friends hen do. The rooms were spacious with a decent sized balcony and incredible sea views. The shower cubicle was small but absolutely fine. The hairdryer was rubbish but it’s good that they had one. The room was cleaned every day but I felt like the cleaning was the only let down. The extractor fan in our bathroom was filthy and they never cleaned the bit behind the bathroom door. We used the roof top spa area. There’s a Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym area and roof top terrace area which was lovely but get very dated and again needed a clean. Staff at reception were helpful and the location of the hotel was perfect.

Non ascoltate le recensioni negative. Abbiamo appena tornato da questo hotel come una famiglia di 4 viaggiatori con un'altra famiglia di 4. L'AI era molto buona con molte opzioni offerte a ogni pasto, insieme al cibo caldo al bar e continuo approvvigionamento di olive, noci e crepe. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, ma le scivolate della piscina erano aperte ai bambini, anche se non era la stagione. L'unica cosa che dico è che se viaggiate con bambini più grandi (adolescenti), le letti nelle stanze familiari sono piccole doppie o un divano. Le nostre ragazze erano belle, ma abbiamo lottato come adulti di media dimensione, quindi consigliamo di avere una stanza supplementare. Anche i letti erano molto duri. Il Spa può essere utilizzato un'ora al giorno quando prenotato gratuitamente, quindi sicuramente si fa uso di questo. Non ci siamo sentiti molto bene, come quando si entra/scende si deve camminare attraverso il bar che può essere un po' disgustoso se il bar è occupato. Solo qualcosa da pensare se si usa il suo strato nel giorno. In generale abbiamo avuto una grande vacanza. L'hotel e le camere sono sempre pulite e sono tutti molto utili.

Sono appena arrivato al Villa Arenys Hotel e molto soddisfatto ... ottima reception, molto attento, mi hanno facilitato il check in precoce in 3 ore prima :-) gia' in la gab, molto bella, ampia, con terrazza, luminosa, alla fine, tutto quello che si può chiedere !! Solo sarò 1 notte ma non mi importa di rimanere un paio di giorni !! TOTalmente consigliabile !!

Arrived at 1am and had to do a 10 minute walk to Hotel Horitzo which we already knew about. We met a lovely receptionist that sorted out our keys, took our tax payment and did the E200 authorisation on the card. When we we back to the appartments the vending machine had barely any stock and every thing was shut. The sofa bed was not made up, so wearily we climbed into bed after making it. The matress was so thin that the bars from the sofa pushed through and I was in pain and barely slept. In the morning we awoke to a massive stench of drains, the spare pillows did not have pillow cases and there was BLOOD spatters on the curtains. I went back to reception to complain. Another lovely receptionist moved us up to the 8th floor, this time there was no smell, a clean apartment and a comfortable sofa bed. The manager popped in to see us which was a nice touch. I showed him the balcany as the glass divider was cracked and he already knew about it. I did some shopping and we settled in. But there was a big ***** of the kitchen unit missing, no hot water and only one bath towel. Also when I tried to plug the kettle in the base was all melted - really dangerous. Finally I discovered the hob did not work! Not great for self catering I went back to reception in the other hotel (there was no reception at all in the apartment block - just an empty office). They replaced the kettle, towel and fixed the water. But the did not fix the hob and had no spare apartments to move us to, and was very apologetic about it. I filled in the online survey asking for a free meal as I could not cook anything and I was ignored. The area where the apartment block is on the beach, near the caravan parks and is about 15-20 walk (all flat) into the main town. There is a very expensive little supermarket nearby and a bar. But lots of closed bars and restaurants, it was like a ghost town. It maybe because it was April and things werent open yet? The views from every apartment face the sea and they are spectacular. There is a little playground and a couple of nice restaurants about 5 minutes away. Although the staff were genuinely lovely, it was painful to keep trapsing down everytime I discovered a problem. I wouldnt return to these apartments, but may consider staying at the hotel puely based on how nice the staff were? Note: the E200 deposit was back in thr bank account the day after returning.

Nel 1973 ero stato in questo hotel in viaggio di nozze, dopo 50 anni esatti ci sono tornato con mia moglie per festeggiare le ns. ”nozze d'oro”. Un 4 stelle rimodernato, ancora più bello di prima, non si sentono rumori esterni, ho avuto una camera con terrazza fronte mare, molto spaziosa al terzo piano. Avevo comunicato al momento della prenotazione il motivo del mio ritorno e la sorpresa piacevolissima è stata di aver trovato una bottiglia omaggio di ottimo champagne in camera immersa nel ghiaccio. Non per il valore, ma il gesto lo abbiamo molto apprezzato. La spiaggia è a 100 mt. ed in mezzo c'è un viale con grosse palme, molto silenzioso, e puoi rimanere anche in terrazza a goderti il sole. Un buffet molto assortito per la colazione dove trovi di tutto, personale molto gentile ed educato. Il pranzo e la cena si possono fare sia dentro l'Hotel oppure in una loro bella struttura all'esterno sotto le palme. La cucina è ottima, la scelta dei cibi è notevole ed anche i prezzi sono nella norma, direi buoni. Il servizio all'esterno è molto veloce.

Siamo stati la settimana di ferragosto con le mie amiche.. ci siamo trovate benissimo per il punto strategico, le discoteche vicinissime tropics,alcatraz Mc lo consiglierei sicuro.. Peccato le camere un po’ datate ma per il resto si può fare e la pulizia ottima anche i ragazzi della sicurezza erano molto cordiali ma severi con i prepotenti (dato che per lo più è frequentato da ragazzi)
