J'ai vraiment apprécié l'accueil chaleureux dans cet hôtel. Aux petits soins service irréprochable. Je recommande fortement. Allez y les yeux fermés

Hotel nuovissimo con materassi e topper da fare invidia a Bruno Barbieri! La suite era grande, con cucina, caffè etc. È incluso l'accesso gratuito a spiaggia e strutture dell hotel Teatro, essendo della stessa proprietà, qui la cucina è ottima, il contesto e il servizio di elevato standard.con mega cuscini, lettini, musica diffusa, ambientazioni, piscina... Gentilissimi tutti Il percorso dall hotel verso l hotel Teatro sulla spiaggia potrebbe essere abbellito e curato

The property is nice, great customer service from staff. The surrounding area is still developing as to the unfinished building opposite. However, only a minute walk from the Sea. The breakfast provided is nice and the pool facilities. Overall good hotel and excellent staff

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and it was really close to the beach! Breakfast and beach access were at Teatro Resort just down the street, and their meals were excellent.

Excellent services , nice rooms , closed to many restaurants at the Beach . Staff very friendly and helpful. I have been twice in this hotel , and has a new reservation to return in few weeks .

A wonderful stay with the most helpful staff . The rooms are modern and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable. Tea, coffee and nespresso machine in the room , a small fridge and safe and plates and cutlery provided in the room. Can even cook on the portable cook top. Not that you need to , a few minutes walk away is the supermarket and a few tavernas . You can also use the facilities from the sister hotel Enorme Teatro like pool, bar and beach beds , umbrella sets . Parking is also available outside . Our helpful Staff Vasili and Chara were most friendly and took care of all our requirements. Also the location is convenient to bus stop if you don’t have a car. Heraklion is around a 20 min bus ride for 1.5 euro one way .
