Sunny Suites

Sunny suites was a perfect location for a family holiday. The apar**ents were well maintained, clean with an excellent maid service. The beds are very comfortable, good air conditioning, good size balconies, great pool with a smaller childrens pool which was great for our grandaughter. The pool bar/ snack facility was great with all the staff being very friendly and helpful. It is quiet and feels very private but is within walking distance to the beach and local tavernas/ supermarkets etc. it is a great location for exploring the local area and we would definitely visit again.

After trying to book a holiday to corfu, this hotel came up as a suggestion, so decided to go with it as a surprise for my wife's birthday, have never been to crete before, it became a bit of an adventure. We arrived late at night due to a little delay, everywhere was locked up and closed but on the reception door a note to us was left telling us which was our room and directions, the keys were in the apar**ent door and the room was better than we had expected. In the morning we went down to reception, were we was met by one of the cleaners, she phoned Manolis(the owner) who was with us in two minutes, he explained that breakfast was served in the sister hotel across the road, he gave us a lift over, took us to the reception and told the receptionist who we were and that he would see us soon. The imperial Hotel (the sister hotel) is certainly an impressive place and breakfast catered for everyone, from a cooked breakfast to continental, to fruit, cereal, pastries etc. We found that the bus service into chania, plataniss, kissomos, was right outside our hotel, and was was easy and cheap to use. Sunny suites in any other environment should be 5star,the cleaners sorted our room every day, even towel designs, the room we had 305 was fantastic, big balcony, big bedroom, lovely bathroom and big living room /dining area, two televisions and all the electrical implements that you need, the bar was as well priced as anywhere else that we found but the bar staff were a credit to the hotel and certainly made the stay more enjoyable, manolis also has a car hire business, we hired a car for a few days and he certainly gave us a good deal, even letting us keep our room a bit longer for just a nominal fee. Would we return to crete, YES WE WOULD but only if we can stay at Sunny Suites again, a fantastic family friendly, people friendly hotel. Missing you already Ramon and Tracy x

Stayed with sunny suites for 10 nights, didn't want to leave! Had the most fantastic time and the staff go above and beond, clean and tidy rooms but above all warm and friendly and the best 👌 bar man anyone can wish for petro's,Pedro's you made our holiday hope to see you soon .

We stayed here, first week of June. In total there was 7 of us in total, aged from 3 to 81. We booked 3 apar**ents and we could of been more impressed. All the apar**ents were spotless and we’ll equipped. Being able to used the facilities at the Imperial was great as it meant the kids were entertained all of the time and the senior members of our party could enjoy the piece and quiet. Personally though, I couldn’t that the staff and manager enough. You have a fab team and you really looked after us. I also really appreciate those drinks on the house. Me and my family stayed here from the 28th to 5th of August to September the staff was amazing very helpful when needing anything done down to cleaning the rooms to food and drinks to helping with printing out my family’s boarding passes it’s was lovely and clean waited for us to arrive at 3:30am the apar**ents was very spacious loved every minute there would definitely go back

Ευγενεστατος και εξυπηρετικος ο ιδιοκτητης κ. Μανωλης. Καθαρα, ανακαινισμενα ευρύχωρα δωμάτια, με ωραίο περιβάλλοντα χώρο με πισίνα και μπαρ. Ήσυχη γειτονια,στα περίχωρα του Μαλεμε. Ο Μανώλης δίνει όλες τις πληροφορίες για την περιοχή.

Amazing family run so friendly, Rooms so clean and beds comfortable. On main bus route to travel anywhere. Stayed here last year also. The main road is not that busy and the hotel is set back so we never had any problem with traffic and it's great having a bus stop nearby we travelled all over the island very cheap on local buses. Relaxing holiday . The owner and staff are lovely we will be back
