I had a disappointing experience during my stay regarding the cleanliness of the bedsheet and blanket cover. Additionally, the breakfast service fell short, particularly with the watermelon, which was not ripe enough to eat on both days.

We had a great stay. Nice clean hotel, good food and friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend it for stay in malda

Good location, helpful staff, good food, hotel is clean. Bathroom is clean, toiletries are there. But there is some scopes for improvement. They should keep a staff to attend the call of room service all the time. It would be better if they can provide biscuits or cookies with tea. They served only tea. They are taking the price of tea, they can charge for the biscuits also

Located in the heart of the City, Good infrastructure, amicable staff, staff's behaviour is good, Food Indian or Chinese both are tasty 😋

Staff's are very nice. The hotel as well. Location is good. Food is need to be improve. Foods are not the value of money.

The rooms are average, the toilet is not clean. Food quality is very poor. As per me this hotel is overpriced against their quality of room and services.

The hotel location is very near malda town railway station. Good quality is awesome. A variety of food is available on the menu.
