newly renovated apartment, located on the first floor of a house by the lake in the picturesque old town of Malcesine. The apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a third pull-out bed. Both bedrooms have a balcony facing the lake. Bathroom with shower, large kitchen-living room with table, chairs, sofa and TV. WiFi and air conditioning. On the ground floor there is a splendid terrace for common use with deck chairs and the possibility of entering the water via a small ladder. Also on the ground floor room with heated whirlpool usable from 15.09 to 15.06. Possibility of bicycle parking. Gorgeous lakefront getaway.
A beautiful apartment in a charming town, right on the water, with spectacular views of Lake Garda. The property was spotless and Stefania could not have been more accommodating. A wonderful escape for a few days.

Super Wohnung direkt am Gardasee in der Altstadt von Malcesine. Stefania Barzoi ist super nett und eine super Gastgeberin.Der Parkplatz zur Wohnung liegt 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Tolle Ferienunterkunft
Wir waren als Familie mit 3 Teenager und 1Hund über Sylvester dort.Kleines Städtchen mit schönen Gassen, Geschäften, Bars, Restaurant, Burg und kleinem Hafen. Für Hunde leider keine Wiese.Schöne Wohnung und top Lage am See. Wellnessbereich war auch super. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Vermieterin.

Malcesine hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war top. Stefania Barzoi ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Leider wurde auf der Sonnenterrasse geangelt, sodass wir diese nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten. Der Zugang zum See war meistens blockiert und die Sonnenliegen morgens früh mit Handtüchern reserviert.
Wir möchten gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Wir würden dann aber die Wohnung in der dritten Etage mit eigener Terrasse bevorzugen.

Perfekt
Wir sind restlos begeistert von der Wohnung und ihrer sehr freundlichen immer hilfsbereiten Vermieterin.
Die Lage direkt am Wasser mitten in Malcesine eignet sich wunderbar für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Burg ist nicht weit, ebenso der Hafen mit Schiffsanleger, der historische Stadtkern, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Das komplett ausgestattete grosse Appartement mit direktem Zugang zum See runden den Gesamteindruck ab. Bei schlechterem Wetter kann man zusätzlich auch den Whirlpool nutzen. Abends sitzt man auf dem Balkon und geniesst die Ruhe mit einem Glas Lugana.
Wir kommen gern wieder.
