Hotel Malayattoor Residency

We had gone to the restaurant at about 9 pm on 02 Apr 2022 while returning from malayatoor hill top church . An old *** 70 years old , that's me , my wife , handicapped son, my daughter's husband and his mother . After the meals we waited about 15 minutes for the bill. Nothing . No one . Receptionist cabin too is vacant . Then someone appeared . We said we can't wait any further. He said something like big crowd in the bar on the first floor . Another 20 minutes and no bill. We told him this is not acceptable , a little harsh ofcourse. He got angry . Four or five of his staff joined him . All of them except the small girl who served us food in the restaurant started shouting at us . Finally after about 40 minutes of finishing dinner we got the bill. It took another 10 minutes to return the change . They were just standing at the counter and discussing how to get the change , where from etc. . We had given to them a credit card for the payment. They took it upstairs and returned after another period of unimaginable delay with the excuse that some thing is wrong . Finally we had to shout at them for the change. At this point they advanced menacingly towards us threatening us physically. Earlier also when we questioned the delay someone who looked like the manager had taken a threatening pose. After about an hour of finishing our meals we could finally get out unhurt from the hotel basically becoz we decided not to react to the violent moves of the hotel staff, out of fear ofcourse.
