  Leo e il suo ambiente ci hanno accolti con favore, e ci hanno fatto saltare il caldo della loro ospite, e i drummer che ci hanno portato al di fuori del nostro divano hanno davvero sollevato la nostra atmosfera durante l'arrivo, portando indietro buone memorie dell'isola. Leo e la sua squadra ci hanno poi accompagnati direttamente nella nostra stanza per fare il check-in, dove le bevande di benvenuto sono state servite contemporaneamente. Quando entravo in camera, un banner di benvenuto personalizzato sullo schermo TV mi ha attirato l'attenzione, insieme alla ricchezza del posto, e l'esperienza di arrivo ha avuto un impatto enorme sul nostro memorabile soggiorno sull'isola. Il luogo è incredibile, e il personale è stato incredibilmente amichevole e utile, grazie speciali al signor Fernandez, che ha preso il tempo di salutarci personalmente e di accoglierci con la sua proprietà. Infine, grazie, Leo, e al resto della tua squadra di Front Office.Karl, Miguel, Aly Bilat. Abbiamo avuto così tanto divertimento rimanere nel tuo hotel, e ci aspettiamo di tornare. Guarda, Kineme!

Un grande hotel. Sono stato critico per gli hotel in.più di 55 paesi. Ho rifiutato di pagare il deposito ma ho dato il deposito perché era la loro politica! Non sono stato deluso. Questo hotel è 5 stelle a causa del personale cortese e della gestione, che ti fanno sentire come la royalty. Le strutture sono di classe superiore, come le camere dotate di flotto, tè e caffè, vestiti, acqua calda nelle docce e letti confortevoli con TV intelligente. Non dimenticare la vista sulla spiaggia. È possibile ottenere i migliori sorgenti solari che abbia mai visto. Tutti i comfort se stai cercando un hotel di alta stella. Ben fatto sabbia cristallina Hennan!

L'hotel è composto da un edificio principale e da una dependance. Fondamentalmente, la dependance ha un piccolo balcone per asciugare i vestiti ed è molto vicina alla piscina e al ristorante per la colazione. In generale è molto vicino a DMALL e White Spiaggia, comoda per mangiare e giocare.

Il centro benessere è molto grande, la posizione perfetta vicino a Dmall e le sedie a spiaggia sono fantastiche! Ci sono una tassa (350PHP) ogni volta che usi la palestra che pensavo fosse un po ' ridicolo, ma il buffet per colazione è fantastico. Il buffet è disponibile anche a spese supplementari.

Everything is very nice and worth our money. BUT, they charged us P100 because they were able to find one small towel in our room upon check-out. Of course we didn't bring it home! 100 is a small amount but it does mean that we lost that thing that we didn't! My son's one piece cloth we left a while on the poolside, when we returned, it's nowhere to be found. Anyway, we just thought that it will stay there for a few minutes. No other concerns. The room and amenities are perfect. We also appreciate they allowed us to check-in earlier. 👌 The buffet breakfast was also great!! And they had a birthday slice of cake for our son ☺️

Buona giornata! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 11 ore (dal 10/02/2024 al 21/02/2024). Poiché per ottenere il visto avevamo bisogno della conferma di un albergo a pagamento, abbiamo considerato questo albergo per il pernottamento. Ho letto le recensioni e ho visto il punteggio basso, ma la posizione e la disponibilità della colazione a buffet hanno vinto. Abbiamo prenotato una camera “superior”, ma penso che tutte le camere dell'hotel siano “stanche” e necessitino di ristrutturazione. Non è previsto letteralmente l'asciugatura dei vestiti nelle stanze. Il balcone è largo 50 centimetri e tutto sgorga dal condizionatore posto in alto. La pulizia delle camere è ottima, le ragazze sono fantastiche. In camera sono presenti asciugamani, spazzolino e dentifricio, shampoo usa e getta e una saponetta. La camera dispone di bollitore, caffè e zucchero. C'è un piccolo frigorifero. In una camera doppia viene lasciato 1 litro di acqua potabile al giorno per due persone. La colazione in un hotel 3 stelle non è male. 2 tipi di frutta, frittata, uova, riso, verdure stufate, pasta, salsicce, pollo o maiale, zuppa, frittelle, pane tostato, colazione secca. Due tipi di bevande. È anche possibile ordinare piatti à la carte in camera, i prezzi sono ragionevoli. Lo svantaggio più grande è il cantiere a 50 m dalla finestra. Non dormirai qui dopo le 9.00!!!!! Polvere, perforazione: tutto ti aspetta qui!!!! Fino alle ore 17.00 circa. Non ci sono viste normali da nessuna delle finestre, poiché di fronte c'è un hotel abbandonato e in rovina con spazzatura. Ma! Il vantaggio principale dell'hotel è la sua distanza a piedi da White Beach, bar, ristoranti, ecc. La posizione è fuoco! Accanto ci sono gli hotel Henan e Mandarin, dove la sera potrete fermarvi per la cena (a buffet) a prezzo fisso. Pertanto, quando scegli questo hotel, pensa se ne vale la pena o no. La scelta è tua!

Il mio soggiorno all'Henann Palm Beach Resort è stato un rifugio pittoresco, con la sua splendida posizione fronte mare che offre panorami mozzafiato. Situato in una posizione privilegiata, il resort offre un facile accesso alla spiaggia e alle attrazioni vicine. Il servizio era eccezionale, con personale attento a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Tuttavia, la mia esperienza è stata rovinata dalla presenza di formiche in tutta la stanza, il che ha sminuito un soggiorno altrimenti piacevole. Nonostante questo problema, l'esperienza complessiva è stata positiva, grazie alla bellezza del resort, alla comoda posizione e all'eccellente servizio.

Pros-If you like to party and you are an extrovert type this hotel is definitely for you. Located in station 2, beachfront. You are near to dmall and also to other business establishments. Staff are also kind and approachable. The hotel is clean with airconditioner. With unlimited free water. The buffet dinner was delicious as well as the buffet breakfast. The room is a non smoking room which I like because I don't like the smell of cigarettes. Cons- There is no view in the terrace we got. The key to the door takes time to open. No rags and slippers for feet so you have to bring your own slippers. For the rag you can request to the front desk. Just prepare 2k per room per day for the deposit in which you can get after check out.

Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

Ein Kleinod inmitten unberührter Natur. Wenn Sie Ruhe und Entspannung suchen, dann sind Sie hier absolut richtig. Es gibt einen tollen Swimmingpool mit genügend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Der Strand ist ganz okay, allerdings ist die Tide extrem stark und das Meer nicht immer zum Schwimmen geeignet. Das Restaurant ist gut, hat aber nur geringe Auswahl und das Frühstück fällt eher klein aus. Wir verbrachten vier Nächte im Doppelzimmer mit Balkon und MB. Zwar etwas teurer als die Beachhouses, doch der Mehrpreis hat sich absolut gelohnt. Der Owner ist Brite und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns rundum wohl, allerdings waren uns die vier Tage Einsamkeit genug. Es gibt rundum nichts als Natur, doch diese Zeit haben wir voll genossen.
