They have variety of food for the breakfast which is great. However, the cafe of the hotel (Napa Eatery & Bar), was not as great. Food took 30mins to serve when my family is the only one there for dinner. The taste of the food was not really on par with the reviews that I've seen. The hotel services is not as great. They reassured us that they will provide the things that are not in the room (example: iron for ironing clothes), but, we did not receive it.

Great hotel and value with the trip discounts. The staff was friendly and the room was good. Only weird thing was that you have to enter off the street through the parking garage. No direct entrance to the lobby. But there is a guard so it is very safe.

There is no sandals in my room. It'd be better if you can upgrade your services

A good hotel in Malang, but a little outside the city. The restaurant is quite good and the pool is nice too, but the bedroom is not perfect: the sheets were not super clean, and the bedroom was not so clean. Good for a night, I would not stay there for a whole week

In overalls it's okay the only concern I have in regard to the bathroom cleanliness, both bathroom walls in my room and my children room are moldy which was really disgusting, secondly the ac in my children room the temperature control is not working which need the maintenance attention.

so far so good i loved to stay here, and also the staff so humble

friendly lobby and cleaning staff, clean rooms but dirty towels, stained bed linen, broken kettle, dirty glasses, wc inside not brushed , no hand washing soap, no shampoo

The receptionists are very kind. The service was good and they can fullfil anything we need.

Not hot water, phone work down, beside the railway station, so noisy for the room

Everything was good during our stay. Will go back here again someday

Helpful staff and clean facilities. Maybe next time could try the infinity swimming pool
