Hotel in zona Sri Muthu Mariamman Alayam Temple, Malacca

Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel DoubleTree Melaka, ed è stata una fantastica esperienza da parte del tempo, la stanza era spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata, offrendo una perfetta miscela di comfort e lusso. Le strutture erano di prima qualità, tra cui un centro fitness ben attrezzato, una piscina rinfrescante e diverse opzioni da pranzo che offrono una deliziosa e diversa cucina. Grazie in particolare al direttore dell'hotel, il signor Zahier, e ad altri agenti, il signor Syahmi, il signor Aliff e la signora Alia, il cui servizio eccezionale ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più memorabile. Un aspetto unico dell'hotel è il loro numero WhatsApp dedicato agli ospiti, che controlla costantemente la vostra esperienza di soggiorno. Hanno persino fatto un giro per richiamarmi quando ho lasciato accidentalmente il mio caricatore di Apple, per assicurarmi che potessi recuperarlo senza problemi. Il DoubleTree Hotel Melaka è stato un hotel di grande qualità, che ha offerto un'ottima esperienza di soggiorno.

Regular guest at this hotel due its excellent location close to the main tourist attractions, eateries and shopping malls. Room is comfortable and quite spacious. My usual grouse is the tiny shower cubicle that leaves splashes of water on the bathroom floor. But overall, a satisfactory stay.

Il servizio di manutenzione è di grande aiuto. Al momento del check-in in camera, la cassaforte era chiusa a chiave, la TV era spenta dalla fonte di alimentazione principale. Questi sono stati risolti immediatamente su richiesta. La pulizia della stanza è relativamente buona, ma può essere migliore, si può vedere della carta velina bloccata nel ventilatore dell'aria condizionata.

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Ho sempre scelto questo hotel per un soggiorno conforme. Il soggiorno era così sorprendente quanto al solito. La posizione strategica, tutte le strutture di base fornite. Certo verrà di nuovo

Esperienza un soggiorno impeccabile che soddisfa i più elevati standard. Godetevi l'atmosfera lussuosa di un ambiente classico, comodo e immacolato, migliorato dalla cura attenta del personale ospite. Il colazione è meraviglioso, offre un piacevole inizio per il vostro giorno. Situato in un luogo strategico, ma privato e tranquillo, è un ritiro ideale. Molto raccomandato per coloro che cercano un'esperienza premium. 5 stelle! Kudos a Staff Greg!

Good services, we went on sunday and monday, i heard lot of people talk about the bad lifts, but we do not encountered it during our stay maybe because it was not peak seasons. On top of that, for the price we paid, we really satisfied with the rooms, service and amenities. For breakfast, i could say the nyonya laksa and beef rendang were chef kiss!! lack of varieties, but suit with the price. The hotel location is strategic to the tourist attractions.

Un'esperienza di soggiorno molto positiva. L'hotel si trova proprio sul fiume Malacca. È possibile raggiungere a piedi luoghi vivaci come Jonker Street in circa 15 minuti. La camera è ampia, con un ampio balcone, ed il bagno è dotato di una grande vasca. La colazione è nell'Edificio 3A, con una gamma completa di varietà. Poiché il nostro orario del treno era relativamente tardi, abbiamo chiesto di effettuare il check-out 1 ora dopo il giorno del check-out e l'hotel ha prontamente accettato. Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo e altamente raccomandato.

Questo hotel non si trova nel cuore di Kota Melaka, ma la sua vista è molto mesmerizzante vicino a Sungai Melaka. Da la mia stanza al 17°, potrei vedere quasi tutta la città di Melaka. La più affascinante è la vista di Kamung Morten e il colore fantastico guidato lungo il fiume. Inoltre è solo passeggiata a piedi lungo il fiume e c'è un ponte pedonale incrociato a Kamung Morten. In termini di servizio, siamo stati molto distrutti, mentre nessuno ci ha salutato quando arrivava all’ingresso del lobby, devo portare i bagagli da solo. Quando mi sono accorto, mi è venuto di nuovo sorpreso, come mi è stato detto che la mia stanza era ancora pronta alle 17. Le cose sono cambiate quando la giovane donna (incluso un insegnante o un nuovo incarico) è riuscita a fare le cose. Infine, il ”giovanotto della campana” era un'altra giovane donna. Penso che la maggior parte dei dipendenti dell'hotel fossero le signore incluse nel servizio di pranzo. Oh, non menzionare questo hotel fornisce RM10 credito F&B al giorno. Il colazione generale è buono, anche se non molte scelte. La piscina è grande e ha una vista fantastica. È possibile vedere il sole da qui. La nostra camera è molto grande rispetto ad altri hotel che abbiamo fatto. Completa con tavolo da pranzo, gabinetto da cucina e bagno da cucina. Ampio spazio per fare la solah. È solo una questione che non piace la stanza con piastrelle o la stanza senza tessuto. Potrebbe essere congelato e irritante. In generale, saremmo in grado di calcolare 4/5

We have booked a total of 5 rooms during our visit in Melaka. The location is very convenient. The room mattress and pillow is very comfortable. The only thing which we don’t feel comfortable is the strong drainage smell when we open the room door but it goes away once Aircon is on. This apply to all our deluxe room. The suite room 320 has leakage from the roof when is heavy rain. The deluxe room 302 bathroom water flow is very slow. We discovered is very dirty when we opened up the floor trap cover. Hopefully you can rectify these problems. Overall, we all enjoy the stay there and will stay at Baba House again for our next trip to Melaka.
