Very dirty linen and short of toiletries., slow check in and need wait very long, worker all in slow motion

The hotel was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms 👍🏻

Nice room but can improve the cleanliness. The price is quite expensive, not very worthy.

Breakfast ok… Bilik cantik je… staff good

So far so good…only to improve for breakfast and check out time..my group stay for 3 day 4 nite .. if possible give us allowed check out at 3 or 4 pm if hotel not high occupancy..

Great hotel to stay. Got The Store beside the hotel. Easy access to food stalls and restaurant.

Was disappointed to discover that the pool was closed weeks before our booking made. No info whatsover about the closure before booking. Apart from the pool mishap, everythinl else is ok.

The deco is superb 😍 love the vibe. Every corner is instagramable. Really love the concept. Food is delicious. I like their foods. Just the cafe is a bit small. Feels like cramp when too many crowd. It just my personal preference. They renovate the pool. A bit disappointed because e kids expected to have a pool day. However, they upgrade our room to suite. Unfortunately we cant use the bathtub because the cover is broken. We had complaint but no one came.

Excellent. However, further improvement can be done pertaining to check in/out process, breakfast, and housekeeping. Thank you

Newly refurbished, i was here when it was under Avillion management, so everything looks new....still has that classic vibes but with modern touches which is great...comfy bed and pillows, clean towels and bathroom...nice rain shower, good water pressure.. but cleanliness can be improved, i can see dust here and there on the carpet...location is ok, the is pro and con, far from melaka attraction places but here is close to mall and eateries... Overall good, as my expectation...

Experience and service was good. Room interior decoration was good, spacious (especially the toilet) and cozy. However, there’s not much light. So it’s inconvenience. Food was average. Not much varieties. Been having for breakfast for 4 nights and the breakfast was average. Same food was served. Chef station in charge gone too long and 1 incidence, what we have requested like boiled egg, end up is not boil at all. Only our last day there’s 1 changes. Location was convenient.

Hotel breakfast is not realy good, coffee has manually top up to the common jar from staff, awaiting to get one cup of coffee about 20 minutes. No fresh milk. Desert are very very limited. Rooms are clean, however bad smell of matress and pillows.
