Super great place for big families to stay in, nearby there are lots of place for food. Pool table available for adults and entertainment for kids.

Good place to rest

We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. As for the room, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip. However, this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space

Need to cancel last minit due to emergency but they reject my request.

Check in was swift and clear, Heystay Management take initiative to show u step by step on how to check in and there is complimentary parking. Place of stay is very convenient and just 5 min drive away from all the major attractions of melaka. Rooms Are spacious, there is a pool table for entertainment. Overall not bad for a big family or 8-10pax.

Great value for money. Suitable for a short vacation with family.

很新，裝修風格漂亮大氣，一個套房，一個卧室兩張大床並排放着，還可以在客廳鋪張單人床（酒店提供了軟床床墊設備了），小區環境好（應該是馬六甲高端小區了），有漂亮的泳池，乾淨整潔舒適，晚上很安靜，睡到自然醒，性價比非常高！退房了還提供行李存放保管服務，為每個房間的住客專門提供一個微信羣服務，很棒！不會英語和馬來語不用擔心，中文客服一直在羣裏隨時回你訊息，真的好貼心！別忘了入住前，網上提早聯繫酒店辦理入住，可省時間。不然像我，以為有線下前台，結果到小區門口被保安攔住不讓進，加上網絡不好，在小區門口折騰了半個小時，等我收入入小區二維碼掃碼才能進去，可見小區安保一級棒。整體很好，強烈推薦！ 設施：很好 衞生：極好 環境：很好 服務：極好
