L'hotel è carino e abbastanza pulito, ed è l'opzione più conveniente. L'autobus per l'Haram è sempre disponibile. I receptionist, il signor Alwaliid e il signor AbdullAziz, sono brave persone. Tornerò sicuramente, Inshallah

Adoro l'hotel, ma il bus navetta non viene mai a prendere. 2 giorni consecutivi non arrivano mai alle 14:40 e alle 16:30. Mi ha fatto incazzare, dato che fuori fa molto caldo alla Mecca. Ci sono gli stessi autobus che arrivano più e più volte, tranne il bus navetta dell'hotel ibis

Bell'hotel, personale gentile, non lontano dal Masjid Al Haram, hanno un bus navetta gratuito dall'hotel al Masjid Alhamdoulillah, a meno di 10 minuti per essere lì

Era un buon posto in cui soggiornare durante la mia Umrah alla Mecca. Il posto era bello e pulito e il personale era molto disponibile e gentile.

I booked online and paid online and been told I have to pay £1.17 and when I checked in receptionist charged me 189 riyals extra in cash and didn’t put in system, have discussed with and then they made a receipt but over charged me. I would never recommend anyone. Room was dirty and coffee or something spilt on the carpet and no one clean all over 0 star

We arrived pretty early which was fine I understand that rooms were not available but the receptionist went above and beyond offering us an alternative so we could check in early. That saved us and specially my mum who suffered from a 12h flight! Rooms were clean and big - special thanks to Akib, Safroz and Dilshad for being so attentive! I was worried about the transportation and 10/10 for the bus. Always on time and very convenient. It stopped at Gazah station. We found it far because my mum couldn’t walk long distances but we were provided with a free wheelchair 🤍 The only things that kept me from not giving a 10 is the breakfast, options were more for a lunch than breakfast, only coffee sticks instead of brewed. And that I was woken up at 4am (despite my sign in the door) to be given a cup of coffee I requested the day before. I understand that needs to be delivered but is okay to leave it at the door 🥲 Thank you and inchaAllah will be back to this same hotel!

Hotel is great. Location is quite far from Haram but Ibis provided free shuttle bus. However, the schedule is not often. There is no hairdryer in room. But overall good stay

I booked a double room without breakfast to perform umrah. My husband & I requested early checkin and got charged 50 SR, but that’s okay since we arrived too early. The room was spacious and clean. They provided complete amenities except hairdryer. The housekeeping staffs was nice and helpful. They cleaned the room everyday except the first day because I asked for it not to. I did my own laundry and hang my clothes on rooftop. But make sure to clip it tightly so that it won’t blow away. The location is a bit far from Haram but they provided a free shuttle with reliable schedule. Unfortunately the terminal was quite far. It was at Shaib Amir bus station which is about another 10-15 mins walking to Masjidil Haram so I needed to arrange the time carefully especially on prayer time.
