Upon our arrival at this hotel, we booked two rooms – one double and one triple. Unfortunately, our initial experience was marred by a receptionist named Arif, who insisted on a 200 riyal per room incidental deposit. Despite my reluctance, he threatened to withhold the bedroom key, leaving us in a difficult situation. Despite prior requests for adjacent rooms, this was not honored. Additionally, bathroom slippers were absent, requiring a call to housekeeping for their provision. Attempts to obtain an iron and ironing board proved futile despite assurances from housekeeping. Reception consistently answered calls with a miserable demeanor, prompting me to escalate concerns to the front office manager, Mohammed, who was responsive. While cost considerations led us to choose this hotel over Hilton, the overall experience fell short. I won't return due to the lackluster service, distant location from gate 79, and the hotel's failure to match the service standards of Hilton or Accor
