Very clean dan nicely

Rubbish, wouldn’t recommend at all. The only staff that were nice and helpful were the cleaners. All other staff were useless. Wanted late check out but got fined 500 riyals instead. Our shower was broken and we had dirty water coming out the tap on several occasions. I paid nearly £1600 for 7 days and I wasted my money. Don’t bother!

Rooms were almost ready before Zuhur prayer and they checked us earlier before the actual timing. Negatives: Cleanliness and amenities could be improved (especially the non-functional hot plate). Booking issues arose as we booked two rooms but only one room was appearing when we reached there, but resolved promptly by contacting trip.com.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and few meters walk to Masjid Alharam

Check in was very smooth and all is in good condition. The room are clean and well maintained.

Our stay was the at the heart of Haram Mecca. The location of the hotel was superb, it was close to everything you need. The hotel staff were too graceful and helpful. The only thing that was a downside was the breakfast area being too small and not having many food options specifically the desert options were missing a few choices. Overall our stay was peaceful and pleasant.

The location is very strategic in the Zamzam Tower. The staff who clean the rooms and work in the restaurant are also very friendly.
