We got a room with Kaabah's view, and it was so precious ! It's the sweetest memory to hold on for a lifetime.

I like the hotel room and clean. Will come again and bring a family here.

Smooth check in and got upgraded to better view. Overall good stay. Nice view at level 32. Housekeeping is prompt

Amazing room, booked 3 beds, got upraded to 4 beds. Very nice access, near to haram, easy checkin and check out. Very nice staffs, especially the bellboy. The hotel must pay attention to the cleanliness of public facilities, especially the toilets in the lobby are very dirty.

The refrigerator didn't work .. services guy told us to keep the cupboard door open at all times for the refrigerator to work .. strange .. The TV stopped showing any stream/channels after 5 hours and despite repeated reminders NO ONE turned up to check Switch to the teabar light was so inconspicuous and hidden that the services guy had to come and turn it off himself ..

Second time stay in Movenpick Makkah and still satisfying. The reservation staff allowed me to check in earlier without charges and upgrade me to partially haram view. Things need to improve just the various of breakfast menu. Specially for Indonesian need more various of food. But the rest is excellent.

I have booked 2 rooms under my name but the reception and duty managers made my stay uncomfortable for 6 hours for their mistakes. I requested them one day before arrival to have both rooms connected or at least the same floor. But no one cares about it and they have given me 1 room in one tower and another room in another tower which totally disappointed me and i have to request many times to change my room in the same tower or the same floor. No body was there to listen it looks like I was in a third class hotel where guests who have paid too much money don't have any value. After requesting many times to the duty managers my room was changed.

Very nice stay at movenpick just remind the check in time due to very hectic hotel, they got us late check in and must be wait for several hour to get our room ready.

Rubbish, wouldn’t recommend at all. The only staff that were nice and helpful were the cleaners. All other staff were useless. Wanted late check out but got fined 500 riyals instead. Our shower was broken and we had dirty water coming out the tap on several occasions. I paid nearly £1600 for 7 days and I wasted my money. Don’t bother!
