The hotel is in the perfect location, 8-10mins walk away from the Kaaba/Haram. The hotel is nice and clean, the room was a decent size but the bathroom was a little small yet functional. Hotel has plenty of lifts and has the best massage chair in the reception area, which does amazing things to ease the pain! Brother Munif at reception was helpful, gave us information about taxi’s to Mount Hira and Madinah, places to get good coffee and tea, as well as being a nice humorous guy. We didn’t eat at the hotel but there are ample places to eat at near the hotel, which are all cheap and tasty! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again! Thank you again! :-)

Good service, young boyes working hard they doing their best but few of old Chavez looking angry and tired. No one understand English but overall 😄

I arrived early morning 10 am and hotel refused to provide rooms and my family was staying at street.
I did request to cancel the booking and the hotel reception advised to cancel through trip.com then I discovered i was fully charged and the hotel refused to refund me back.
Really it was very bad experience and i advise everyone to avoid this hotel
