La camera era bella. Il servizio di pulizia è stato molto efficiente. Front desk staff and wait staff at the club room/lounge were very friendly, attentive to our needs and courteous.
Rooms are clean with enough amenities.
There were variety of finger foods during cocktail, all yummy. You can ask them to mix simple drinks as well. Breakfast buffet also have a wide variety.

Recentemente ho avuto il piacere di rimanere a Makati Diamond Residences, e non posso esprimere abbastanza quanto eccezionale sia stata la mia esperienza. Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

Questa è la mia prima volta che mi fermo a New World Hotel e posso solo dire che è perfetto se hai intenzione di andare in giro per Greenbelt e Glorietta.
Il Greebelt 3 è letteralmente solo una strada lontana. Le camere sono un po 'dattute, e si può vedere che uno specchio è già sporco, ma tutto in tutto ciò non ha influenzato la qualità del mio soggiorno. Il letto è grande, la camera è spaziosa e il personale è tutto tipo, benvenuto e vi saluta sempre con un sorriso.

I went for business meetings and my stay for 4 days at Dusit Thani was good. They have nice large rooms and great restaurants within the hotel. I tried the Thai restaurant and the Japanese restaurant. Both are good. I like the location of the hotel since it’s connected to EDSA so easy for taxi to/from NAIA and also easier to go BGC. Main advantage is that I don’t have to navigate traffic within Makati

La nostra camera era spaziosa, ben mantenuta e pulita. Le lenzuola e i letti erano comodi. Con i miei figli e genitori anziani intorno, ho trovato facile circolare intorno alle strutture dell’hotel. Anche le luci e l’aria sono state adeguate. Il personale dell'hotel è stato rapido, efficiente e utile. Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this.
2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot.
3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware.
4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning.
5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.

YYsblWe needed to late check-in due to our flight schedule and even It was in the middle of the night it was still a smooth process. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym and of course how close it was to greenbelt. The doormen were also very attentive to their guests. Breakfast was great as well,
there were many options to choose from.
There was only a mixed up with the description on this app vs. what was really the standard at the hotel. All inclusive doesn’t mean all meals but all inclusive of complimentary breakfast, wifi and parking.
Their hotel character’s Tami and the gang was really cute, if ever I pass by the hotel I might get them, hopefully.
Overall a very enjoyable stay for our family and a perfect place to catch up rest.

IiPouponSurprisingly nice budget hotel in Makati. Nice location, it is near the bus stop going to Ayala or Makati Ave. It is near Teleperformance, where there some fast food and coffee shop, and to Makati Medical Center, if it weren't for the construction it is almost adjacent to where the hotel is.
As for the hotel, the reception is at the 2nd flr. Checking in is fast. There's a couple of iMacs that you can use to browse with. A fixed line hot/cold water dispenser that is available for everyone (just use your own tumbler). You can buy room slippers and toothbrush set at the reception (P 45). I guess it is part of them saving on waste. The toothbrush is wooden and reusable.
For the Twin room we booked, it has a double sized bed and a single bed. There is a folding table near one side of the bed, which is ideal for those who needs to work. Spacious room or just lacks furniture inside. There are bed side tables only. There are no cabinets rather it has a steel corner wall rack with plenty of hangers for your clothes. The bathroom has a bidet and its faucet and shower have hot/cold water. There is a handsoap dispenser and a 3in1 shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispenser -- which is surprisingly not bad. Water flow is strong. There is a wall mounted dryer that is fittingly placed near a mirror. There is no safe in the room. WiFi is reliable. The room is well tidied up.
All in all, I say that the placement are well thought of and it caters to working people. It is normal for guest to check in late after work or after a seminar. This place is recommended.

Communication:
Before my stay, I found it challenging to get a timely response from the hotel. I had to send several emails before receiving a reply.
Check-in:
The check-in process was smooth. The receptionist was very helpful and even offered us a tour of a showroom before we chose our suite, which was a nice touch.
The Suite:
Our suite was spacious and elegant. However, I noticed a few areas for improvement: the handheld shower was difficult to operate, especially for older guests, and the bidet wasn’t functioning properly. Additionally, the TV channels were mostly limited to news and local shows.
View:
We loved the view from our suite facing Century Mall, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony.
Breakfast:
The breakfast buffet had a limited selection. I missed having croissants or danishes. They offered a free slice of cake, but you needed to like their Facebook page and leave a five-star review on Google for that.
Spa Experience:
The staff at the Onsen Spa were excellent, and I appreciated the free coffee and juice available in the lounge.
Gym and Pool:
The gym was small and had some older equipment. However, the pool area was fantastic, especially the glass pool. Unfortunately, the bar by the pool lacked a lively atmosphere, with limited music and menu options. It was surprising that they didn’t offer smoothies or refreshing drinks.
Facilities:
It’s worth noting that Oakwood and I’m Hotel share some facilities, which adds variety to the experience.
Overall, I had a lovely birthday stay, and with a few improvements, this hotel could really stand out!

Room is just good for two persons to rest however there is no table and chairs provided if in any case you will be working. We also requested for a cup and electric kettle since it is not provided when we checked in, basically you have to request it (no additional charges)
Outdoor swimming pool is clean and easy to utilize it since it free, you just have to log first.
Staffs are good.
We are able to enjoy are stay since it’s quiet though we can hear some voice from the others side of the room due to thin partitions.
