posizione strategica nel cuore di Makati, facile da chiamare per Grab e hailing per salire e scendere, vicino a centri commerciali come Greenbelt e non lontano da Bonifacio High Street con quei centri commerciali di lusso di fascia alta, buon lavoro anche per il personale, sono stati molto attenti e anche il personale delle pulizie è stato efficiente! L'unico inconveniente per me è che il tubo dell'acqua nel bagno non scorreva molto bene, devono sistemarlo

Non ho niente di negativo da dire su questo hotel. Le camere erano belle, il cibo era buono, tutto era pulito, il personale era accomodante e la piscina era un bel tocco. Ci tornerei in un baleno. Buona posizione: siamo andati a Poblacion.

Perchè scegliere questo albergo? 1. Posizione: a pochi passi da centri commerciali, parchi, ristoranti, ecc. Sono andato all'aeroporto da questo hotel, la spesa era poco più di 300 PHP. All'interno dell'hotel sono presenti anche 2 ristoranti. 2. Rapporto qualità/prezzo: la stanza è un intero monolocale. Inoltre, bella acqua calda e vasca da bagno per rilassarti dopo una lunga giornata. 3. Servizio: il personale è incredibilmente gentile, disponibile e comprensivo. Presumibilmente c'è un deposito da pagare al momento del check-in, ma, poiché ho finito il mio peso e non hanno accettato la mia carta di debito UnionPay, la reception ha deciso di rinunciarvi. La reception accetta Alipay, ma i ristoranti no.

An amazing experience, convenient location , Great Amenities . It’s comfortable, Classy and Cozy . Definitely recommend

The room is big. Clean. Convenience store nearby. Greenbelt shopping mall is about ten minutes away by foot.

On the reception they gave us wrong room, instead of what we reserved. Terrible view from the window, and we paid extra for "city view"!! Left the hotel next day, two nights earlier. By the way, we Checked the room we were supposed to have, it was much better. Hotel is not recommended!

A great hotel where I spent three nights in Makati. I like the staff, location and sparkling rooms they have, the swimming pool is also great and clean 👌

I can barely remember how many times I've stayed in this place. OUR FAMILY LOVES VALERO SUITES! We celebrated Easter here, my Birthday, and this year -- Christmas Eve! The Twin room 1 bedroom suite is really HUGE! 4 of us can sleep in the beds. Then all our relatives who visited have enough place to roam around and to sit in. KITCHEN - not usable. there's a fridge but you can't cook in here. There's a free water heater too, coffee and utensils. BEDROOM - 2 beds. BATHROOM - shower only. no bath tub but complete with comb, brush, etc all toiletries you need + BIDET! YES! DINING AREA - has a 4 seater table . LOCATION - A lot of commercial areas and restaurants nearby. There are 3 convenience stores that are just 2-3 minutes walk away from the building. Every holiday they have freebies too. Last easter we got a pack full of candies for my kid and a photo with the easter bunny. Then this time, we had super yummy home-made Christmas cookies! VALERO SUITES NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME!

Highly recommended to those who want to be near the business district. The room is spacious & complete. I am an sbec member, we always have our staycation at their hotel in manila. This is our first time here in Makati Branch and we'd loved to come back soon.
