The room is so spacious, smells good and clean. The staff is also very accommodating I just forgot their names.

I recently stayed at the Ramada Encore Makati, and I must say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The hotel’s location is excellent, situated in the heart of Makati, providing easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and business districts. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities like a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a reliable air-conditioning system. The bathroom was spotless, with all necessary toiletries provided. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a variety of dishes that catered to both local and international tastes. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served in a cozy dining area. Another standout feature was the rooftop bar, which provided a stunning view of the city skyline and served as a perfect spot to relax in the evening. The hotel also has a well-maintained fitness center, which was a bonus for keeping up with workouts during my stay. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. They were always attentive, polite, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was providing recommendations for nearby attractions or addressing any requests promptly, their service was impeccable. The Ramada Encore Makati offers excellent value for money, combining affordability with top-notch service and amenities. It’s a great choice for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort and convenience in a prime location. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Makati.

Clean hotel with comfortable beds, nice view from the roof top, attentive employees. Good price-quality ratio

Smell of the hotel, elevator and the rooms are off. Its like a combination of sewage smell in certain areas. Chemical solution / old water in areas. Mold / Moist cloth that hasnt dried out properly in certain areas. Breakfast was meh, not refilled even when there is an hour left of breaky. Gym was okay , got your dumbbells and a multipurpose machine and some cardio . 24/7 gym access. There is a sauna if you want and a shower. Location close to food and grocery. Depends on who is working you will get the friendly and helpful employees and some days you get the ones that are not. Below was our view of our room.

The hotel is decent if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in the city. It is located in the middle of the city, with constant traffic noise day and night. The breakfast was simple and basic. The hotel staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious! The hotel had a moldy smell lingering in the bedrooms and entrance but it wasn’t overpowering.

Parking was terrible, basement can accommodate less than 10 cars at a time. The guard blamed us for going down the basement since it’s already full, but they had NO SIGN in the parking entrance to prevent customers from going down. You cannot make a u-turm in the basement. We ended up parking in fromt of the elevator and had to come down a few times to move our car to accommodate other cars goong out. During breakfast we were sent away from the buffet because we were not in their system (we paid for buffet breakfast). It was embarrassing!

The room is spacious, cozy and clean. I love the floor to ceiling windows. Will definitely stay again. The roof deck also serves good food and good ambiance.

Really disappointed to stay here.Asked if they could do something abt their very dirty window but instead- they are still insisting to pay for a room upgrade.

Really clean room, nice little sauna and gym. Very attentive staffs should you need any assistance. Quiet location.

The place was great. Conveniently situated in the middle of Makati. Room is big enough for 2. Staff are friendly.

My friends got trap in the lift with no oxygen, staff is slow to respond and non compensation for my friend who is trap in the lift for over 1.5hours

Great stay, will be back again. I’ll recommend it. There’s a restaurant store one the 1st floor.
