Maitland: hotel con bar

Affordable, clean and close to restaurants and shops. The studio apartment was just right for what I needed as this was a business stay. I would recommend this place as I found it comfortable and convenient.

Il pranzo per due il 1° Feb 2023 alle 6:00. Un pasto era speciale per il giorno che era 200g di bistecche di rum per 15 dollari. L'altro pasto era dal menu - un 300g di bistecche di rum per 38 dollari. Il 15 dollari di bistecche di rum per 15 dollari era di valore per soldi, ma difficile da mangiare. La torta di 300 g di tamburo (38 dollari) era deliziosa ma dura. La parte più deludente era la piccola quantità di chip sulla piastra. Non essere un salad e solo scegliere di ordinare chip significava che la piastra era solo metà piena. Suppongo che siano stati cucinati prima e siano stati lasciati da un lotto precedentemente cucinato, ma solo deludente, per dire che non ci mangeremo di nuovo qui.

Rimasi vicino all'ospedale di Maitland ed era brillante. Pulizia, spaziosa, piena di parcheggio molto nuovo. Facile a prenotare in tutte le informazioni inviate via email così facile. Vicino ai cibi maccas, kfc, sette undici e facile da raggiungere non lontano dall'autostrada. È stato bello rimanere a, tutte le strutture fornite frigo, microonde ecc consigliere

I stayed here for a week for work. Studio apartment. It was easy to find, clean, new. All the basic amenities are provided aside from kitchenette with cooking facilities. I only had a microwave and no cooktop. There is no laundry facility inside the studio but there is a laundry at the end of the floor, with three washing machines and three dryers. Free for use. Only 3 coat hangers inside the small wardrobe (single cupboard door with a tiny railing and 3 shelves). My stay was comfortable. Aside from the cooktop, the main issue is the lack of soundproofing in this building. I could hear the next door microwaving food. And of course, the heavy doors were very loud when people were coming and going. The keyless entry is a nice touch, meaning that I don’t have to double check if I have my keys with me. The underground car park is easy to access. Access within the building is via lift or stairs. There is no front desk reception. Despite having a label that the reception is offsite today, I feel that they are offsite 365 days of the year. They take a deposit from my bank account before my arrival. It was explained that this amount would be returned after checking out if all else goes well. The bed is large and comfortable. There are some toiletries in the form of bath soap and small containers of shampoo. There is a hairdryer. I am not sure why despite having two bedside tables, there was only one bedside lamp. For those who are interested in cooking, there is a toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, knife block, chopping boards, cups, plates, bowls. I was told that in the one bedroom apartment, there are cooktops. My colleague also stayed in a studio and said that she has two hot plates. I would’ve have liked to keep the studio clean, but there was only a broomstick and no vacuum cleaner. Considering cleaning services are only provided once a week, it ended up being dirtier than I’d like, at the end of my week-long stay. No issues with wifi, though it is “unsecured network”. There is not much view from my balcony. Overall, this is a very functional accommodation for work. It doesn’t exactly have a warm vibe but serves its purpose. There are places to get food within walking distance even though the streets are very quiet.
