Hotel in zona Zuweg Wilhelm Holzamer Literaturweg, Mainz

Siamo stati in questo hotel e purtroppo abbiamo avuto un’esperienza negativa sin dall’inizio . Sul sito dell’hotel la camera doppia costava euro 128 inclusa colazione. Al banco del ceck in ci hanno indicato che la cifra vista sul sito dell’hotel corrispondeva a una camera singola e che il prezzo totale per due si aggirava intorno ai 168 euro. Il ragazzo alla reception ci indica quindi di prenotare sul sito di booking a 148 euro che risulta il più conveniente Siccome eravamo stanchi ecc ecc abbiamo confermato il tutto su booking ma subito dopo controllando sul sito ufficiale il prezzo era a coppia quindi loro ci avrebbero ricaricato 40 euro. Facciamo notare subito il tutto ma purtroppo ormai la prenotazione non è cancellabile tramite *********** Per scusarsi il ragazzo alla reception ci regala un buono. da utilizzare come drink pari a 20 euro. Alla sera dopo cena decidiamo di utilizzare questo buono ordinando un cappuccino e un monito. Morale, queste bevande non facevano parte del buono ma solo birra e vino si potevano ordinare. Io sono astemia ad esempio .. quindi ??! Quindi abbiamo dovuto pagare . Per fortuna potevamo consumare per20 euro, invece ne abbiamo pagati più di 12. Trovo terribile un comportamento del genere e quindi la valutazione è negativa.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno in questo hotel. Famiglie multigenerazionali (2 nonni, mamma e papà, e 3 bambini di età 14, 11, 9) si sono diffuse intorno 3-rooms. Lavorava con l'hotel in anticipo per garantire le strutture delle camere, tra cui le camere di connessione e un letto a rotelle. Hotel consegnato come promesso! Tutto era di lusso. Grande vista sul fiume, bella piscina, sorprendente colazione con molte opzioni, soggiorno decente, servizio amichevole, e una grande posizione. Solo negativi non sono stati port USB in camera e la dimensione della camera è adeguata ma non molto grande.

Questo hotel si trova proprio davanti alla stazione ferroviaria che è così conveniente, significa anche che la fermata principale del bus è qui. E 'molto ben decorato. Nonostante la sua vecchia costruzione, è ben organizzato all'interno. Purtroppo ho la stanza sul retro, ma ancora ho il piano superiore, quindi non si lamenterà. Hanno AC e riscaldatore (separatamente). Solo un capello trovato nel bagno è il vantaggio. Oh, beh, il coperchio sembra essere più piccolo di un letto regina. Forse perché sto solo prenotando per uno, comunque spero di avere una grande.Una donna alla ricezione che ho incontrato era carina, amichevole. In generale, mi piace qui. Beh, non ho provato il colazione, non posso dire. Tornerò qui se mi rendo a Mainz per qualche motivo commerciale.

Vert disappointed in the hotel .. A shame because the location is good for the station and it’s just a 20 minute walk into the main part of town. Our room was pretty small. The public areas were dirty. Breakfast was pretty sp**** .. no one filling empty dishes so we made do with what was left .. the lift was broken during out stay and while we managed we had to help other guests with their luggage while staff looked on. We normally have great stays at B&B group hotels but we certainly will not return here.

We had googled our way to the fact that the Hilton Mainz has a very good location right down to the Rhine and you can purchase access to the hotel's ”Executive Lounge”. We booked 5 nights and we were ready for a little vacation by the Rhine. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were quickly and efficiently checked in by Mrs. Blanco Flores, who upgraded us to a room with a view of the Rhine. Mrs. Flores made us aware, that the ”Executive Lounge” was unfortunately not that big, but we had to see that with our ”own eyes”. Really good service was provided upon check-in, and our expectations for the stay at the hotel became greater. The room we had been allocated was on the 5th floor with a wonderful view of the Rhine. We had booked a room with breakfast, so we were excited to see, how the breakfast buffet was. But we were very pleasantly surprised there 😊.. There was a reasonably large selection of various breads and hot items, so it was just a matter of getting started with breakfast. The hotel allows you to sit outside and enjoy your breakfast with a view of the Rhine, and watch the people walking and cycling past. We were very lucky with the weather, so breakfast was enjoyed for a little longer time than usual. After breakfast, we went up and see how the ”Executive Lounge” was. But unfortunately we were somewhat disappointed. The ”Executive Lounge” consists of 2 small rooms, where there were 3 tables in each room, and 3 people could sit at each table. When we got outside the time when alcoholic drinks are served, we could see that you could have a cup of coffee or an apollinaris. The snacks on display looked a bit boring, and the fruit wasn't of the best quality either. But cheer up, it could be good in the evening... But when we visited the ”Executive Lounge” in the evening, beer, wine and spirits were on display - but the snacks that were also on display didn't seem particularly inviting - so we didn't take any of them. Summary of our experience of the ”Executive Lounge” is that it is not necessary to purchase access to the ”Executive Lounge”. And we can only encourage hotel management to go on a study trip to Düsseldorf or Dresden, where we have experienced what an ”Executive Lounge” should really be like. In general, the level of service is very high, and the staff a super good service at the hotel 😊... Here we have to highlight in particular: Mrs. Flores from the reception, Heike from the breakfast restaurant and Brittany from Guest Relations. They gave us a really good service during our stay. In summary, we would give the hotel 4 stars out of 5. If the hotel should have had the last star, the ”Executive Lounge” must be upgraded with better rooms. (Could space be created for a small area down in the restaurant area, so that you also have the opportunity to sit outside on the warm summer evenings. We would like to come again at another time to enjoy the good location and super service 😊..

Siamo stati alla ricerca di un alloggio per una notte, quando si è svolto un concerto in macello. La posizione è quasi direttamente in fronte - molto pratico. Prima di entrare in hotel si ottiene la possibilità di passare un check-in online. Per aprire le camere e l'hotel al di fuori delle ore di ricezione, l'ospite riceve un codice numerico. Il parcheggio è gratuito e senza preavviso. Molto pratico. TIPO: L'accesso al parcheggio è lungo la strada di Murnau dietro la casa. Purtroppo, l'osservazione all'ingresso principale è aumentata. :D Il check-in è in corso senza problemi. Si nota già una certa nonchalance, ma è molto simpatico. Nella zona di entrata ci sono macchine per la snack e le bevande e posti di lavoro informatici. Le camere sono luminose, tutte uniformi e compatte. Le finestre possono essere aperte, il clima funziona bene. I letti sono abbastanza grandi con 80*200CM e hanno un piacevole grado di durezza. TV e WiFi erano là. Ultimo con qualità invariata. Molto ordinato è stato la pulizia. La colazione è davvero conveniente con 10,50 EUR p.P. La selezione e la qualità sono buone. Il caffè è disponibile dal distributore, il succo dal donatore. Oltre ai soliti sospetti, ci sono anche pane di fragola e dolce. B&B soddisfa esattamente quello che si collega al marchio. L'alloggio è economico e conveniente.

Visited the hotel only for 1 night. Unfortunately was no Restaurant for dinner and in the menu for room service was no big choice. Ordered delivery from outside. The breakfast was good, fresh croissants and even camembert cheese. Very nice and polite Bulgarian girl at the reception. Recommendation for short stay.

Located right by Market Plaza; Close to everything; especially Kurs Park which is like NY Central Park. The hotel has a policy of every other day for housekeeping but you could request everyday as needed. The hotel is a bit dated. The bathroom is small and poor designed. The bathroom amenities (soap, shampoo) are low quality. Please bring your own. Towels are worn out. The restaurant is good. Breakfast is tasty but very limited options. Staff are super friendly. Housekeeping is bad. I had a trash bag that they didn't collect for days. Shampoo, body wash are running out but never got replaced. This was before I decided to get my own since their products made my skin dry and itchy. They forgot to replenish water or the minibar as required for Privilege Room.
