Hotel in zona Mainz Römisches Theater, Mainz

I arrived at the hotel at 12:30 pm, and had sent an email in advance to let them know I will be arriving before official check-in time. My email was literally answered within minutes, and I was happy to find out that they had a room ready for me when I got to the hotel. The reception was busy, so I had to wait for a while as one party was checking in and another checking out, but when it became my turn, the friendly receptionist had me checked in within minutes. My room on the second floor was very nice for a three star hotel, and I might even go as far as to say that the room met four star standards. It was probably recently renovated, as it felt very fresh and modern and was in impeccable condition. It was not very large, but came with a balcony and a view of the park outside the hotel. There was a desk&chair, a closet, a safe and good A/C, but no water bottle, no fridge and no sitting area. Wifi was easy to use and fast, however, I believe Youtube was banned, because all other websites worked fine but I was not able to access Youtube at all. That felt a bit strange. The queen bed, although too soft for my taste, was otherwise fine for one person although the pillow was flimsy and I had to request another one, which was gladly brought up to my room. There were sockets by the bed, so charging your devices overnight was easy. The bathroom was also clean and fresh and felt recently renovated. The walk-in shower came with excellent water pressure. There was enough room for toiletries etc by the sink, however the bath towel was extremely small. Amenities only included soap, shampoo and shower gel. No conditioner or body lotion. These came in wall-mounted containers, of which I am not a fan because I don’t find them particularly hygienic. I wish hotels saved money in other ways and not by abandoning single-use toiletries. The hotel serves breakfast in the ground floor breakfast room from 6:30 to 10:30, and from 7 to 12 on weekends. My rate did not include breakfast, but I popped in the first morning to see the spread. It was definitely not worth the price (20.50 EUR), so my suggestioon would be to buy something at the supermarket a block away or to have breakfast in a nearby café. I had a late flight out, and was informed that they could extend my check-out until 12:30 pm at no charge, and beyond that they offered a late check-out at 4 pm for 19 EUR. It was a bargain and I was happy to take up on the offer. The hotel is located two minutes from the main railway station, and I walked to all the sights and restaurants in the city centre area. The Markt and Dom (cathedral) is about a 15 min walk from the hotel. I found the location excellent and will be sure to stay here again if my travels take me to Mainz in the future.

Ottimo lavoro e buon colazione la stanza è pulita e confortevole solo mezza un commento sui canali TV non c'è nessun canale inglese Spero che la gestione dell'hotel si accorga di aggiungere canali inglese vicino che è un supermercato turco e anche altri 2 grandi supermercati molto vicini all'hotel a circa 10 m di distanza Ristorante italiano e tedesco La stazione di autobus è a circa 200 m di distanza dal centro della città e la stazione principale

Das Hotel ist neu, Eröffnung war November 2023. Allerdings hat man sich beim Bau nicht viel Mühe gegeben bzw. reichlich gespart. Das Zimmer ist hellhörig, ein Nachbar duschte sich noch um 0:30 Uhr, ich dachte, es wäre bei mir. Die Wischböden haben keine oder schlechte Trittschalldämmung, man hört jeden Schritt vom Nachbarzimmer. Im Zimmerdesign hat sich ein Architekt ausgetobt, der ganz sicher nie selbst darin wohnen muss: Die Dusche und das Waschbecken sind direkt neben dem Bett! Somit verteilen sich schön die Duschdämpfe und Haare beim Fönen im Zimmer, geschweige von einer ”Privatsphäre”. Das WC ist zum Glück in einem kleinen Raum, aber so winzig, dass man kaum an der Tür vorbei kommt. Es gibt keine Sitzgelegenheit mit Rückenlehne, in der man sich nach einem anstrengenden Tag bequem hinsetzen könnte, nur ein unförmiges Ledersitzkissen. Als ich dies bemängelte, sagte man mir, das wäre so gewollt. Das Konzept will etwas, was der Gast nicht möchte, interessant. Auch sucht man vergeblich einen Schrank oder ein Regal für die Kleidung, es gibt nur eine offene Kleiderstange mit Kleiderbügeln und eine Kofferablage, man lebt also aus dem Koffer. Der Seifenspender am Waschbecken war total verstaubt, der in der Dusche defekt. Ansonsten war das Zimmer hell, 2 riesige Fenster bis zum Boden. Das Doppelbett war bequem. Die Beleuchtung lässt sich schön mit Touchpad vom Bett aus regeln. WLAN funktioniert hervorragend. Das Frühstück war bei meinem Preis von ca. 75 € (1 Person) inklusive. Daher darf man selbstverständlich auch kein Bio-Gourmetfrühstück erwarten. Entsprechend ist daher die Qualität: billige Wurst, Käse, Fertigjoghurt in großen Schüsseln, süßer billiger O-Saft, Fertigbouletten usw. Die Auswahl an sich ist allerdings angemessen reichlich, wie Rührei, Würstchen, Müsli, verschiedene Brötchen, 2 Kaffeautomaten usw. Allerdings werden die Tische nicht regelmäßig abgewischt, man räumt sein Geschirr selber weg. Daher muss man nach einem sauberen Tisch suchen. Der Raum ist riesig und ungemütlich, allerdings ringsum voll verglast, wodurch man zumindest einen schönen Ausblick hatte. Abends gibt es in diesem großen Aufenthaltsbereich auch Essen wie Pizza, Burger, Pasta, Wraps und Salate, wie ich der Karte entnahm. Das Personal war durchgängig wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Parkplatz ist mit 20 € überteuert und war bereits voll. Ich habe dann nach ca. 5 Minuten Suche einen Parkplatz nur ein paar 100 m entfernt in einer Seitenstraße gefunden, der mit Parkuhr 1 €/Std kostet, wobei nur bis 19 Uhr und ab 9 Uhr bezahlt werden muss. Oder 100 m weiter sogar mit Glück gratis (ich hatte Glück). Insgesamt ein günstiges Hotel mit etlichen Schwächen, die ohne viel Mehrkosten vermeidbar gewesen wären. Zumindest können das andere Budgethotels besser.

Questa catena può diventare leader mondiale. Formula intelligentissima. Posizioni comode, sito prenotazioni preciso e veloce, camere essenziali ma letti comodissimi e insonorizzate al 100%, pulizia al massimo, cambio biancheria preciso e ”green”, bagni piccoli con doccia ma efficienti, attenzione massima ai materiali di consumo, TV modernissime, ottime colazioni a prezzi buoni. Massima efficienza al check in senza check out, ottimi orari. Sempre ottimi parcheggi o addirittura garage gratuito. Prezzo camera irrisorio. Pulizia ok. Parcheggio gratuito sufficiente come posti. Comodo da autostrada. Un pò fuori dalla città ma bisogna considerare che andare in centro richiede pochi minuti. Ottima colazione. 

Siamo stati alla ricerca di un alloggio per una notte, quando si è svolto un concerto in macello. La posizione è quasi direttamente in fronte - molto pratico. Prima di entrare in hotel si ottiene la possibilità di passare un check-in online. Per aprire le camere e l'hotel al di fuori delle ore di ricezione, l'ospite riceve un codice numerico. Il parcheggio è gratuito e senza preavviso. Molto pratico. TIPO: L'accesso al parcheggio è lungo la strada di Murnau dietro la casa. Purtroppo, l'osservazione all'ingresso principale è aumentata. :D Il check-in è in corso senza problemi. Si nota già una certa nonchalance, ma è molto simpatico. Nella zona di entrata ci sono macchine per la snack e le bevande e posti di lavoro informatici. Le camere sono luminose, tutte uniformi e compatte. Le finestre possono essere aperte, il clima funziona bene. I letti sono abbastanza grandi con 80*200CM e hanno un piacevole grado di durezza. TV e WiFi erano là. Ultimo con qualità invariata. Molto ordinato è stato la pulizia. La colazione è davvero conveniente con 10,50 EUR p.P. La selezione e la qualità sono buone. Il caffè è disponibile dal distributore, il succo dal donatore. Oltre ai soliti sospetti, ci sono anche pane di fragola e dolce. B&B soddisfa esattamente quello che si collega al marchio. L'alloggio è economico e conveniente.

Che hotel moderno favoloso! Ci piaceva tutto e era perfetto per il nostro soggiorno di 3 giorni a Wiesbaden. Prenotavamo l'appartamento con terrazza che era al livello 5. È stato spazioso, ben attrezzato con mini-kitchen, tavolo e 2 sedie, sala salone, buon internet, camera da letto separata con letto pulito e confortevole. La struttura è moderna in tutto il mondo e presenta pareti gigantiche di scena spettacolare dagli Stati Uniti, senza alcuna aspettativa. La spray è molto lussuosa, probabilmente la migliore che abbiamo incontrato in molti hotel che abbiamo soggiornato. Il nostro bagno ha anche un muro di un grande dugongo, che è un po' spaventoso, e non il ”più bello” delle creature marine, ma divertente comunque. Il colazione è incluso, e viene servito in una vasta zona di colazione piacevole, quindi le tavole sono diffuse bene. La varietà di articoli per colazione è enorme - anche avere metà di questi articoli sarebbe stato del tutto bello. E il personale fratturato era carino ...so duro per mantenere tutto questo in esecuzione. Amiamo il nostro soggiorno e sicuramente raccomanda l'hotel agli altri. È vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, centro città, shopping, trasporto ... e se ti piace l'arte novel, non perdere il museo Wiesbaden!

Sono completamente doloroso, non importa se mi sono messo sul retro o sul lato, è stato doloroso. Ho dovuto cercare di dormire sul stomaco per non andare a dormire. Immagino che, dato che era solo me in camera, era solo una pillola. Non potevo nemmeno mettere un bastone sotto la testa e il mio corpo. Sono stati bisogno di nuove materassi o di piu'perche'era orribile. Come dormire su una roccia di vestiti. La stanza era pulita. Il servizio era buono. Le nostre camere erano già pronte per noi quando siamo arrivati, quindi è stato un def a plus. Perché il colazione non inizia fino alle 0600, sarebbe bello avere un sacchetto di colazione disponibile per gli ospiti aerei dal momento che è sul buono e probabilmente si paga per questo. Facile 15 minuti di auto all'hotel. Ordinò un camion per stamattina. Il camion era 30 euro per metro ieri sera. Il camion stamattina mi ha prelevato 20 euro e il coppia nello stesso auto 25 euro così 45 euro per un 15 giro. Non so se questa pratica comune sia quella di farlo. Non si è nemmeno girato il suo metro. Penso che si fosse solo caricando quello che voleva. Che non era giusto.

Mitten in der ”Neuen Mitte” liegt dieses Hotel. Wie wir da waren, war der Wasserschaden noch nicht behoben. Der Nebeneingang mit den Fahrstühlen tat es auch. Die Zimmer sind groß genug, sauber und im Bad gibt es Gläser aus Glas, kein Plastik. Spender im Bad für die Seife sind ebenfalls ein gutes Zeichen, keine Kleinstverpackungen. Betten ok, TV groß und W-LAN ging auch ganz gut. Die Flure schön, etwas dunkel viellicht? Bahnhof in der Nähe, ebenso Geschäfte. Der Stadt geht's gut, was ich so sehen konnte. Da stimmen die Gewerbeeinnahmen. Die Rezeption ist im vierten Geschoss. Ich nehm an, die kommt wieder runter, wenn der Wasserschaden behoben ist. Tolles Frühstück mit allem drum und dran. Respekt. Ebenso für die beiden Frauen an der Rezeption, die meine Anfrage nach einem anderen Zimmer souverän beantworteten. Anders ihr Kollege, der meine Frage unseriös fand.

Ottimo servizio, personale disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze. La struttura è molto grande e ben organizzata per ricevimenti o riunioni aziendali. Camere accoglienti e comode. Il reparto Wellnes con la piscina e le varie saune invitano a passare ore di rilassamento.
