Hotel in zona Ramapo River Access - Ramapo Reservation, Mahwah

BELLISSIMO PERSONALE DELL'HOTEL, posizione eccellente. Gemma molto pulita. Ho apprezzato ogni parte del mio soggiorno qui per la settimana in più. Dominique era eccezionale nel fornire un servizio a 5 stelle! Se sei qui, la consiglio vivamente di non togliere nulla a nessuno degli altri membri del personale, ma ha lasciato il segno con questo ospite. Grazie per il vostro meraviglioso servizio prenoterò in qualsiasi momento

La posizione è buona e il personale è molto gentile e cordiale?

E'molto vicino ad Otles a New York, la stanza e il letto sono molto comodi, e ogni volta che Otles vive qui

I visited this courtyard Marriott partly for business and partly to attend an event with my sister. I called ahead of time to find out if they had smart TVs. And we were told that they did. We were going to leave my niece in the room to watch movies while we attended the event. When we checked in we were told that check-ins were going slow because their system was down. There was a long line. I was thinking it was the booking system. They did not say the Internet was down that everything was down. They said the booking system was down that was it. I had to unpack my stuff (and I have a lot because I’m a photographer/videographer) before I figured out myself that there was no internet. No streaming tv. And we ended up not going to the event because I didn’t want to leave my niece by herself with nothing to do. And the lady I spoke to about it was so rude. Most everyone I spoke to it were so rude to me. And making it seem like it’s just my tough luck that they don’t have internet because it’s out of their control. Which I understand it IS out of their control. But I should’ve been told ahead of time at check-in. This is how the conversation should’ve gone at check-in: ‘“ We’re sorry we just wanted to let you know the Internet is down we have no idea when it will be back up. It might not be back up tonight. We just want to let you know in case you needed to make other arrangements. ‘ . Then there would of been no problem at all. I could have found another hotel. As it was I didn’t get even an apology until the next day. That night it was just it might go up but we can’t guarantee anything. Very short and abrupt. The next day at least they apologized but I was strung along all day. The Internet never went back up all day. I tried to book another room but by that point since it was Saturday everything was sold out! I was stuck! In the evening people that I spoke to about it we were so rude again. So short with me. Didn’t offer me any kind of compensation. Nothing. And I don’t ever ask for compensation. But I was spending $200 a night. Which is a lot to not get internet and a lot to not get what were the most important parts for me. I wanted to go to My event and I wanted to be able to get a head start on my work week the next day (which required a good internet connection). Both were ruined because they couldn’t tell me about the internet before I checked in. And I am an ambassador level bonvoy member. I’m a super good customer for Marriott. I travel 70% of the year. I don’t think asking for a little communication was asking too much.

La piscina non è mai aperta quando siamo qui e non ci prendiamo cura. le sale sporche globali sono disgustose e hanno bisogno di grande attenzione tempo. Mi rendo conto che ha bisogno di remodelazione (più di questo) ma poi i prezzi non dovrebbero rifletterlo più, meno soldi. Il personale è in generale amichevole, come ci stiamo dirigendo, e il problema principale per noi è che Hilton ha cambiato la sua politica in materia di animali domestici, che è un'operazione che ci ha diffuso. Siamo membri di Hilton onorati di diamanti e abbiamo dato il nostro lavoro a Hilton per anni, ma questa politica ci farà cambiare. Stanno prendendo dei tappeti delle nostre camere perche' gli animali si alleviano e sembra che tutto vada, sinceramente ci piacciono gli animali.Solo non vogliono dormire in un letto dove cani, gatti e simili hanno ”stato” Le persone hanno allergie animali che conosci e non è La prima società di animali domestici, dimenticando i cittadini che pagano per le cose. Quando eravamo li abbiamo dovuti cambiare le stanze che erano difficili perché ci erano due razza di greggi tedeschi che si sono mantenuti in piedi e Non abbiamo nulla contro cani o gatti, eccetera, ma quando si sta togliendo il piacere e il resto di pagare patroni è una grande questione. Forse un compromesso Hilton e avere un ”paese di animali”. il personale cerca di aiutare il meglio che può.

I stayed at this Holiday Inn in Haskell, NJ, in mid March because of its location and convenience to visit family and friends, as I have for years. This time though, I noticed a big change. It was very obvious that the hotel was feeding and housing a number of homeless people. Because I normally travel alone, I brought this to the attention of the front desk in addition to speaking with the manager. I was informed that he was not aware of this problem but he had cameras. I said he should watch his cameras then and he would clearly see what was going on. As I became more aware throughout my stay, I saw more evidence of this situation by the breakfast bar and throughout the hotel. Before leaving, I again told the front desk to please tell the “manager” that I am aware of what is going on and in order to make a few extra bucks, he is doing a disservice to his paying customers. I worry about my safety and the security at this hotel and I am uncomfortable in revisiting this Holiday Inn Express Haskell-Wayne area, as long as this continues. If you decide to stay there, please be observant and very aware of your surroundings because the hotel staff refused to address my concerns.

Hosted my big fat Indian wedding at Sheraton and the staff, team and everyone at the hotel was absolutely amazing! Everything was seamless and flawless! They were so helpful in every aspect, couldn’t have imagined a better place to have my dream wedding
