Great hotel in Ayodhya for families. Really good service and restaurant is amazing.

Hotel was good and all amenities were good but the location of hotel is not good there is no crossing the road you have to go 3km for u turn

This hotel seems to lack competition, and it shows in the quality of its services. It primarily offers Chinese products, and the service is not up to par. Here are some examples: - Guests are not allowed to bring outside food, and even if they do, the staff refuse to warm the food or plate it. One staff member even argued with me and lectured me on the appropriateness of bringing outside food. - The food is substandard, oily, and overly seasoned. The restaurant aims to offer a wide range of cuisines, but none are executed well. It seems like they've hired a regular restaurant chef, as the food tastes similar to what you would find in local markets. - The towels and linens are quite old, and the bed is uncomfortable. - Housekeeping is poor, and the corridors often have unpleasant smells. Used plates and utensils are left in the corridors for extended periods. Sometimes they forget to clean the rooms even when the request indicator is on. I had to go to the reception and ask again. - The internet doesn't work. I wasn't able to connect for the entire duration of my 3-day stay. - The kitchen is not open 24/7, and specific breakfast orders like dosa or pancakes (they don't even provide pancakes) are only available after the mid-morning buffet. For lunch, they only start serving after 12:30 and do not take orders before then. - If you don't speak or understand Hindi, you may need an interpreter. - The only good thing was the black coffee, and most of the staff, except for one argumentative staff member (who lectured me about outside food), were polite and pleasant to interact with. - Suite room is not a suite room, at max a deluxe room. You sofa is stuffed in to one room. Though the room size if big, toilet is small. Toiletries are substandard, I would not use it on my pets, so get your own. In an ideal world, I would not recommend this hotel, but if you don't have any other options, you might have to consider it.

Save your money. Go for other options closer to ram janmbhoomi. Overpriced by more than 3x. Service: pathetic - unprofessional and not trained staff Whether it is room service or in-room dining, be prepared for delayed service and misses. You will be surprised to know, the hotel was not even able to provide us with new towels for a 3 day visit. Rooms: rooms have decent aesthetics but our rooms had a suffocating smell. Location: far from the saryu aarti venue and ram janmbhoomi. Located amid-st nowhere on a highway. Recommendation: save your money. Don’t go by the ratings of the hotel. It’s is far from value for money. Go for a place closer to ram janmbhoomi if you want to visit it and other places. They have just increased the price, Few experiences: i was there on the event of a marriage anniversary of my relatives. Unfortunately, we had to stay in this hotel on that day. We stayed in taj varanasi a day earlier, who arranged complimentary celebration with a cake for us (even when the anniversary was a day later. We had to request ramayana to have a small celebration (for which ramayana didn’t even provide us a cake and charged us 1200 inr for pasting 22 balloons on the wall. The point is, the hotel at every other minute only prioritises charging customers over service.

Pleasant stay and good food. Spread was also good n room was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay

The hotel is good but the service is below average, they are grossly understaffed and you never get a porter, food is average and room service is non existent

Room was suffocating poor response no value for money spent will dissuade friends and relatives to stay

*hotel ramayan, ayodhya - review* during my recent stay at hotel ramayana in ayodhya, i found both positives and areas needing improvement. The property is new and conveniently located on the highway. The lobby is impressive with a beautifully crafted heritage entry. However, the hotel is overpriced for the value provided. The balcony advertised in the pictures was misleading; my room's balcony was barely large enough for one person to stand. Additionally, i could hear the noise of trucks passing by on the highway, and the housekeeping staff could be more courteous. While the hotel's aesthetics and location are commendable, some improvements are needed.

1. Check in time is 14. 00 hrs. But rooms are not ready at 20. 00 hrs. 2. Extra bed not provided, after a long discussion a room is made available in midnight at 00. 40 hrs. 3. In spite of summer only hot water supply was available in bathroom. 4. In restaurant attendant was in dirty clothes. 5. Cleanness inroom, bathroom etc. Is very poor overall management is very poor showing its main goal just earn more and more without providing any comfort.
