I am a owner of a travel company based in Delhi (Great India Planner). If i share my views for this particular hotel (King Garden Mahabaleswar), then i will not recommend this hotel to any body. I have booked a room for one of my guests for March 2024 for 2 nights. Asked there tariff on mail and Mr.Mubin (Sale Manager) shared rates also on my mail. I have shared those rates to my client and my client told me to confirm the booking on shared tariff. I have shared my confirmation to hotel same day. But after sending confirmation , one of a rude and arrogant sale manager of this hotel called me and informed me that we will not entertain those rates, you have to pay extra Rs.1000 on top of Rs.9699. I have requested him that after getting quote from you i have booked this for my guests, so now i cant tell guest that hotel has increased there rates without any reason, its look unprofessional. Manager told me that if you are ready to pay extra then its OK , or else cancel this booking , we dnt want your booking. Instead of feeling sorry for giving wrong quote and trying to find some solution between guest, hotel and travel company , that Manager told me to cancel and cut the call on my face. I have called him again to talk but he didn't picked my calls.Heights of unprofessional-ism , arrogance , rudeness in short, if they cant stand on there words even after written communication , then i wont find these people trust worthy. I am quite sure that these type of people misbehave with there guests also.
