Pros : • Spazio camera confortevole con vista su Mekong • Ristorante aereo con buon colazione a buffet • Infinity piscina con vista su Mekong River Cons • Qui e là alcuni difetti thailandesi • Cal terrazza : questo potrebbe essere così bello. • Bagno è urgente per la riparazione. • Nessun bar e ristorante per pranzo o cena Decidi : molto buona stanza, ma il resto dell'hotel è sotto misura per un hotel 4 stelle. Ci siamo trasferiti qui anche nel 2017 : la qualità è notevolmente diminuita. La nostra camera deluxe 305 era molto spaziosa (30m2) con un letto buono e lato (1,80m lato) e pavimento da tavolo. Buona aria condizionata, TV a schermo piatto medio, wifi, caffè e tè. La camera da bagno spaziosa con doccia pioggia in ingresso e bagno separato è molto confortevole con giacche da bagno e pantaloncini. La classificazione della camera è perfetta. Buoni tende scuro. Balcone con 2 sedie e tavolo e vista soprattutto bella sul Mekong e il Laos. Ma non dimenticare : camere superiori più economiche dietro l'hotel non hanno vista su Mekong. Il buffet per colazione nel ristorante piuttosto caldo era sufficiente con una stazione di uova separata. A volte il ristorante serale a volte non, quindi infidabile. Nessun bar è benché caffè gratuito e acqua nel lobby. La terrazza esterna è estremamente cala, davvero spiacevole perché con un po 'di soldi e di difficoltà un architetto può fare miracoli qui. Piscina grande infinità con vista sul fiume Mekong e con acqua pulita ma un sacco di carenze , solo tre posti legno. Utilizzare alcune biciclette gratis.

La buona atmosfera vicino al Mekong Breakfast è ragionevole per il prezzo della camera. Ma il frutto è venuto a essere servito molto lentamente, chiesto al personale che ha detto che dovevano aspettare che il frutto fosse consegnato dalla città per mangiare colazione a 8.30 am, non c'è ristorante chiuso 10.30 am, personale di esame tardi, buon servizio, altre rondine.La stanza non ha scarpe,la stanza ha solo crema da doccia,la stanza è nuova,pulita,buona

The best hotel we've had in terms of comfort, facilities, bed, bathroom, staff, breakfast.... modern and well-thought out. An enormous VERY comfortable bed, storage space, view, pool. Easy to find and great for exploring the area - Golden Triangle, caves, mountains... such a comfortable, luxurious room. Great value. Sad to leave! You cannot go wrong with this choice. A treat!

Hotel situato in campagna con facile accesso e con un grande parcheggio. Composto camera in piccole camere indipendenti. Stile thailandese con una bella piscina e una sala di finezza a disposizione. Le camere sono semplici e ben attrezzate. L'accoglienza è calda e l'hotel è molto pulito. La lettera è impeccabile e le camere sono confortevoli. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente. Il colazione è disponibile a partire dalle 7:00 e il servizio è corretto. Ci siamo divertiti molto

Katiliya Mountain Resort is a beautiful and we'll maintained property that has excellent service and offerings. While we were there, we were amongst the hand full of guest that where staying for a few nights. We stayed in the mountain suite, which has magnificent views of the valley, and the largest bath tub I've ever seen. Honestly the bath room felt large and sufficient for a couple. Despite the occasional fly and bug (from the forest), the room is clean and comfy. I felt that the sheets smelt a little damp and did not had a good smell - but understably the resort is in a forest and it is humid. The aircon, while dated, was strong and worked wonderfully. For light sleepers, the room does not have soundproofing, which let's in plenty of the crickets (which is very very loud). Nevertheless, the resort provides buggy service to the lobby or the pools, which is prompt and quick. I took a quick dip in the pool and found it slightly dirty with 'things from the forest' and mosquitos around, but it's generally quite relaxing. Do take note that the pool has a depth of 1.5m at its deepest. Breakfast was sufficient and proper. Eggs, we're amazingly cooked and the scrambled eggs were - above our expectations. And the bacon, was served fresh and hot! Together with its warm and attentive service, the breakfast service is an awesome start to the day - just remember to put on mosquito repellent 😅 While there is ample parking, the road between the hotel and the main road is filled with potholes and sandy terrain, which may not be for everyone. The road also does not have lights, so it would be better to leave and return before sunset. Overall, Katiliya Mountain Resort is a great place to stay and one that I'll certainly visit again in the near future. One thing that stood out was the extent the staff goes to provide for your needs, including making you feel welcomed and ensure that your stay is comfortable.

The room that we booked was cleaned but unfortunate that the smell was not good, but Khun Ice receptionist was super helpful and move us to another room. We have impressed the service and concept of eco friendly of this hotel a lot. We can refill our water at the hallway. Unfortunate again the room and the hotel is not yet ready to accommodate due to most of the rooms and facilities still under renovation such as the swimming pool, gym, and rooms that not yet finished. We would love to stay here again once they are ready with full service.
