mi è piaciuto molto le arre comuni molto belle e scenografiche con dei bellissimi pezzi piscina stupenda camere grandi un poi buie m pulite e grandi ottimo cibo sia al mattino che a cena. wi-fi personale gentile e attento peccato esserci stata poco

Ho avuto una grande esperienza di rimanere lì. La parte principale che devo dire è la pulizia e l'ospitalità.Il luogo è molto tranquillo e piacevole.Le camere sono molto pulite e ben organizzate. Le camere sono anche ben mantenute. Le letti e le cuscinetti sono così morbide che dormirete il momento in cui cadete nel letto.

We had opted for 2 storey wooden room Availability of swimming pool Animals & birds have been grown at this property. Kids night enjoy this ambience Cons Basic buffet breakfast. Cleanliness can be improved There was a water problem over there. Had to wait for a while for free flow Overall this property can be thought for a short / weekend stay

I had an incredible stay at the Marriott hotel! The room was exceptionally comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of travel. What truly stood out was the amazing staff—they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. I couldn't have asked for better hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel for a truly enjoyable stay!

Checkin was quick and straight forward. Staff is friendly and helpful. We even got some toilet paper which was stored away in a cupboard 😉😁. Complementary water provided, no toiletries. Our budget room had a good working fan, tv, hot water (bucket style). Room and bed were clean as far it can be cleaned with old appliances. Bed was comfortable and big. When arriving it felt a bit odd around the lobby area if you would call it like that - very sparsely furnished. Wifi only in the lobby. It's an old hotel but they don't hide that fact but you can't beat the location. Temple just around the corner and plenty of food options in walking distance. We felt comfortable and secure and it was perfect for a few days.

Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno di 2 notti e 3 giorni a Gateway Madurai. Infatti, è stato un cancello per la sua ospitezza, nelle foreste, circondato dalla natura e non dimenticare, i loro pecore. Squadra di front office - il signor Pandiyan e il signor Govind Raj sono stati molto utili a organizzare il nostro soggiorno all'hotel.Ci hanno guidato per ogni piccolo dettaglio di Madurai e hanno reso il nostro darshan nel tempio di Meenakshi molto memorabile. La miglior parte della squadra dell'hotel era che erano disponibili per rispondere anche quando si è persi nella città di Madurai e non solo all'interno dell'hotel. Il signor Ashok ci ha dato molto di storia e dettagli su Madurai, che ha aperto molti nuovi luoghi per visitare e vedere intorno. Il nostro hotel è stato molto più di un hotel con un'esperienza di soggiorno, ma anche con un ristorante che ha fatto la caramella sul biscotto. Il capo ci ha fatto la delicatezza locale, tenendo conto delle nostre speciali abitudini alimentari e il gusto era meraviglioso.La squadra del ristorante era così calda e disposta a servirci che tutti i giorni abbiamo finito di mangiare con gioia e rilizzando ogni cosa. In generale, una splendida, calda e lieto esperienza di soggiorno con Taj.

Ottimo personale e molto buona ospite.. Le camere sono pulite e *** molto bene.. specialmente il signor Sudagar è stato molto utile.. soddisfare tutte le nostre esigenze su richiesta in qualsiasi momento.. personale molto amichevole all'hotel.. Io e la mia famiglia sono molto grati e scelteremo di rimanere qui per la nostra prossima visita.

The stay was for 3 nights and it was a very pleasant one at this hotel. The room was too small but it was neat and clean. They should have provided a kettle which was missing. The restaurant, even though it did not have plenty of choices, the food was good. The corridors and the stairs was very dark and it was not kept very neatly, which the property should work on. A secured car parking is a big plus.

It was a great experience and the receptionist was good in handling customers and the room was clean and neat even the ac is in good conditions and gave us good and comfortable sleep overnight. Overall it was a great and pleasant companion.
