Madurai: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

mi è piaciuto molto le arre comuni molto belle e scenografiche con dei bellissimi pezzi piscina stupenda camere grandi un poi buie m pulite e grandi ottimo cibo sia al mattino che a cena. wi-fi personale gentile e attento peccato esserci stata poco

The hotel sadly as and is a big let down. We arrived to find rooms were not ready so they sat us in the restaurant expecting you to order food and drinks whilst you waited. It was a considerable amount of time for them to bring a tea and coffee for the two of us, wasn't sure if this was because we didn't order food. The restaurant was very clean and presentable so no faults there but reiterating the service was unbearably slow. All the staff couldn't be anymore helpful or pleasant so no faults there. Our room however wasn't up to a great standard. The air-conditioning made the room smell extremely musty and unpleasant. The windows had been painted over so you couldn't see out nor could you open them. We ended up having to prop the door wide open to try air the room. Water was pouring out of the light fitting just outside the entrance of our room and it must be noted it wasn't raining outside. I personally found the room bearable aesthetically if you didn't look too closely at anything. The rest of the hotel and grounds I have to be honest are a disgrace. Filthy, neglected, and extremely run down are the words worthy of honest opinion. We sat outside the restaurant for a drink as this was the only place to go at 3pm we were told, Relaxing this was not. The chairs extremely filthy and the atmosphere horrendous. Work was been carried out on the floors above the restaurant and the noise was continuous and loud. We did have a peacock come and join us which was a pleasant surprise. Mini bar in our room had a can of tonic a bottle of fizzy water and a toblerone bar. Drinks however extremely overpriced the dearest in all the hotels we have stopped in whilst travelling around India. The food was acceptable but again not as enjoyable as other hotels that we experienced on our travels. Would we come back here most probably not sad to say as the building and grounds could be absolutely stunning a big let down. The pictures say it all 😞

all went by smoothly until the 4th night when the ceiling lamp became loose and fell on me while i was asleep! the housekeeping did not wash the toilet properly, did not top up the tissues or the toilet roll at all. we were left with a rather unpleasant stay in this place.

I recently stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel is located few kilometers from the famous Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple. While the location of the hotel is not the best, at least in my opinion, the hospitality of the hotel staff and the buffet breakfast were nothing short of the best I have experienced. The hotel reception staff as well as the restaurant staff were very welcoming and provided the best reception any customer could ask for. The room and the decor though outdated, was clean and well maintained. The bathroom could use an uplift. The buffet breakfast was very delicious with a lot of variety to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. The room rate was reasonable. Despite the location and decent rooms, I would definitely choose this place when I visit Madurai next time.This

The property is in a good location. The property is old but they are renovating the rooms just fine. The food is very good.

На несколько ночей вполне подойдет. Персонал услужливый, отзывчивый. Встретили хорошо, работники вежливые и благожелательные. Белье чистое, в номере все есть, душевая на индийский манер (тропический душ, без шланга). Фото в Гугл картах соответствуют действительности. Завтрак на местный манер, но живот не болел, посуда чистая. Рядом есть отель со столовой, где можно заказать неострые блюда. Учитывая, что Мадурай совсем нетуристическое место, можно посоветовать отель для спокойного и безопасного проживания.

This is a new or newly refurbished hotel. It has a breadth of impressive modern facilities and is very comfortable - but a slight negative is the poor ambience and inattentive service in the one large restaurant. Positives : The front desk staff are very professional The entire hotel and the room are immaculately clean The room was very well equipped with an excellent array of modern comforts Laundry service was outstandingly good The spa, yoga room and gym were all good - and nice to have these There is a very wide selection of good food in the restaurant Cocktails were very well mixed in the bar Negatives: There is only one restaurant - it is large, busy and very brightly lit - this is fine for breakfast and lunch but at dinner the atmosphere just isn’t relaxing. The lights are much too bright. It feels like a cafeteria. Other guests had the same view. On our last night we decided to go out to Taj for dinner, just to try to eat in a more relaxed, calmer atmosphere. Also there are not enough serving staff and they are insufficiently trained. For example, when we sat down to dinner, on both nights no one asked us what we would like to drink. It was difficult to catch the attention of staff. They were friendly but looked busy and it was all slightly chaotic. The hotel is located around 8 km from the centre of Madurai. This isn’t too much of a problem, but if you book a Temple Tower view room, you will struggle to see the temple towers out of your window because they are just so far away.
