La posizione è eccellente e la decorazione interna ed esterna dell'hotel è davvero unica. Le scale interne della hall sono addirittura reliquie culturali protette, le scale sono davvero impressionanti attraverso il vetro e vale la pena soggiornarci!

L'edificio dell'hotel è molto bello e la reception ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli in camera, cosa rara in Europa. L'hotel è in una buona posizione e le camere sono belle. L'unica cosa è che non ci sono stoviglie come tazze e cucchiai e non c'è un bollitore per l'acqua calda. Spero che l'hotel possa prendere in considerazione l'aggiunta di altro.

Sono un viaggiatore estremamente esigente e questo posto soddisfa tutte le aspettative. Soprattutto, è un hotel amichevole verso i paesi di lingua inglese. Considero caldamente questo hotel e dovrei tornare di nuovo a Madrid; per me sarà il “go to hotel”! Oh c'è ancora una cosa, non è lontano da tutti i luoghi di attrazione; puoi raggiungere questi luoghi a piedi (esempio Museo del Prado) o con un taxi che non costa più di 10€.

這酒店應該超級滿分。處處體現着古典和精緻，能觸摸到的地方都是質感，鏡頭體現不出。比如地板，透着厚重。門口就是地鐵站，去哪都方便。。房間有陽台，兩層窗户，保證夜裡沒有噪音。我們訂到價格很便宜，卻是兩週裏感覺最古典和精緻的一家酒店。免費的咖啡供應，夜晚還看到有鮮奶放着給客人調咖啡。以後再來馬德里還願意住這。

1、訂單裏房間寫的是2-5樓，實際上入住時給的是0層的房間，開窗就是人行街道，導致完全不能開窗，否則毫無私隱。房間隔音非常差，每個外邊的聲音、過道里其他人走動的聲音都很清晰，一晚上要醒很多次！ 2、房間一部分燈是壞的，整個房間本身不能開窗已經很暗了，燈還壞了幾個！非常暗！真的很不推薦！

Расположение самое лучшее! Завтрак отдельный плюс- очень вкусно. Брали делюкс с видом на площадь - окна 10 из 10. Терасса на верху тоже красивая
