L'hotel è buono, le strutture sono ottime, la piscina è fantastica, la colazione è buona, il personale è attento e simpatico, lo consiglierò senza dubbio. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente.

El servicio encantador

Excelente trato desde que uno llega hasta que se retira. Muy recompendable. Desayuno muy completo.

房間裏一股怪味道，像腳臭味，感覺像地毯上的。但是有暖氣和熱空調，這還是挺好的。對了，樓頂泳池上不去，別被圖片騙了。

Inizio con descrivere la stanza, letto matrimoniale piccolo 1,50 un letto alla francese chiedo gentilmente di avere una stanza con letto più grande e mi viene offerta una camera con due letti singoli, naturalmente accetto. Il bagno sporco con muffa nella vasca. Alle 8,30 puntuale ogni mattina trapano e martello ci svegliavano. Ultima ciliegina esiste un rooftop bhe ogni volta che abbiamo provato andarlo a vedere era puntualmente proibito perché occupato da eventi privati. Insomma vacanza da dimenticare.

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per 4 notti ,devo dire che è molto bello elegante camera meravigliosa con vista su Gran Via. La posizione è eccellente per muoversi da tutte le parti. Lo consiglierei a tutti. Eccellente

My stay at the hotel I can say was very good, there were no setbacks and everything was excellent, the treatment of the staff, the cleanliness, the location, the security, despite being located in the center. I recommend it.

Great location to walk to other locations and right next to the subway station. Would stay again.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to stay at the property as I had a medical emergency and wasn’t able to travel. I sent a request to cancel while in the ambulance but the hotel didn’t reply so I had my booking agency call them too and the hotel refused and said it was against their policy. It’s sad, they will take money from clients when there’s an accident/medical emergency and aren’t able to travel. I will not book with them ever again.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location! Good room service. Lots of restaurants downstairs within the same block, easy walking distance to stores, tour bus stops, etc. highly recommended

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff Nice room Bathroom was very dark and a little mold in the shower area But the beds were comfortable and we did enjoy our stay.
