I recently stayed at Hotel & Resort Rudraksh in Ujjain, and I must say it was an incredibly pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the serene ambiance and cleanliness of the property. The resort beautifully blends comfort with a touch of spirituality that perfectly fits the vibe of Ujjain. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Swatii. She was not just courteous and professional, but went above and beyond to ensure I had a hassle-free stay. From helping with check-in to arranging local transport and suggesting the best times to visit Mahakaleshwar Temple, Swatii’s support made my trip smooth and memorable. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with a smile truly stood out. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and offered all necessary amenities. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a good mix of local and standard dishes. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind after exploring the city. Overall, Rudraksh is a wonderful place to stay in Ujjain, and I highly recommend it—especially for the warm hospitality, thanks to people like Swatii.

I had the chance to stay at Hotel & Resort Rudraksh in Ujjain recently, and it turned out to be a really comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel has a peaceful and clean environment, which made me feel relaxed as soon as I entered. The location is also great if you’re planning to visit the Mahakaleshwar Temple or explore the city. What made my stay even better was the help and support I received from one of the staff members, Swatii. She was super friendly, polite, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Whether it was check-in, food, or finding directions around the city, Swatii made sure everything was easy and comfortable for me. I really appreciate her efforts. The rooms were nice, clean, and had everything I needed. The food at the restaurant was tasty and had both local and regular options. After a long day out, coming back to such a calm and well-kept place was a blessing. Overall, I had a great time at Rudraksh. If you're visiting Ujjain, I would definitely recommend staying here—especially because of the warm and helpful staff

Beautiful stay at rudraksh we enjoyed and feeled like home here the front office staff is so good and well groomed and the food were also so tasty and pool was amazing and rooms were so clean and amenities were also so good we love to visit again ❤️

During my recent trip to Ujjain with friends, we had the pleasure of staying at Rudraksh Hotel and Resort, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our journey. From the moment we arrived, the ambience was peaceful and welcoming — perfect for a spiritual city like Ujjain. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all necessary amenities. The resort is located in a serene area, away from the city’s hustle, making it ideal for both relaxation and quick access to the major temples. One staff member, Swati, truly stood out. She was not only professional but incredibly kind and attentive. Whether it was helping us with local directions, arranging transport, or making sure our stay was comfortable, she went above and beyond. Her warm hospitality made us feel right at home and added a personal touch to our overall experience. The food was another highlight — fresh, tasty, and authentic. The place was fun and staff member were great. The food was also great and served very well on time no waiting. The amenities were also fab, like pool and specially the view of Shipra river. I would specifically like to thank Swati for all the arrangements and services.

Staff is great and very sweet, food is great and not very spicy, the property is amazing with swimming pool, spa facilities also, rooms are also quite equipped with amenities Very near Mahakaleshwar temple also. The Ms Ayushi has the sweetest smile ever. Amazing time here.
