Worst service, lots of bedbugs - not possible to sleep, arrogant staff, restaurant quality and service is very poor

The rooms were terrible there was dampness on the wall and mould and paint pilled off
the room smelled of dampness
ac exhaust not working bed sheets were soiled and after the change request new bed sheets were torn
no towels provided

Avg location. As canteen of the hotel does not open before 8 am, and our train time was also at 8 am from madgaon, we did not even get a cup of tea! like other hotels, this hotel does not provide kittle ! even after 10 min for calling room boy to take luggage from 4th floor, no one came! in one of our room, tv was working, but how to get tataplay start, nobody knew! *n my room, phone to reception or room service could not be done.

Easy to find the location and staffs were so humble and very supportive. Would like to stay there again once i will visit goa.

We stayed here for four nights during a tournament; room service was great and the place was clean.

The cleanliness part was average. Pillow cover blanket covers were dirty. Even after two complaints nobody bothered to change.

Hotel building and location were good, but doors, bed z were old and not properly maintained, to be changed.
