Hôtel Carlina by Les Etincelles

The Carlina Hotel in Belle Plagne is an amazing hotel with amazing service by amazing staff. The hotel manager Vito, the assistant manager Dorothy, the general manager Aurelian and all the staff treated us like kings and queens. The staff are absolutely lovely and were very welcoming. Most of the staff spoke very good English as well as French. They were very generous with their help. The Hotel is just by the slopes that takes skiers down to Belle Cote. The hotel being by the side of the slope takes "Ski-in Ski-out" to the next level. Straight onto the piste from the ski room, and ski back to the entrance of the ski room. You can also ski to the entrance of the restaurant. Even if you are not staying in the hotel, it is a great place to ski into and stop for Lunch or Après Ski drinks. Sitting on the terrace you get a fantastic view of the mountains and the backdrop of the valleys. The rooms are very comfortable and homely with amazing balcony views, looking out to the mountains. Spa was welcoming, the heated swimming pool and the hot tub are just added bonus after a day on the slopes. The food in the restaurant was absolutely incredible with the menu changing regularly. Varied breakfast. For the seafood lovers, the seafood is to die for. Seafood and champagne, I couldn't ask for more! The head chef pops out occasionally to check that the guests are enjoying the meal so that gave me the opportunity to say "compliments to the chef"! The bar is relaxing with a cosy fire place and comfy seats. The bar staff are very attentive. Anna will make you the best cocktail you will ever have. The hotel is impressive. Very good ambience. I will definitely be going back there again soon. I would definitely recommend the hotel as a whole, the restaurant and the bar. Thanks to all the staff at the Carlina for making my vacation a wonderful vacation.

Week-end d'ouverture en famille. Personnel et directeur au top, très à l'écoute et très disponible. Chambre familiale,très confortable. Bonne literie, linge de toilette et produits de soins à disposition, propreté impeccable. Nous avons testé la piscine et le spa, très agréable après une journée de ski.

Un hôtel idéalement placé, au bord des pistes, d excellente qualité, les chambres sont accueillantes, assez spacieuses et bien équipée..mais le must, c'est l'accueil, avec le sourire et une énorme disponibilité pour résoudre notre soucis de chambres. Hôtel à recommander Les chats noirs
