AVOID THIS COMPANY! We stayed in Lagrange Vacances, Aspen, LaPlagne, booked via ***********. More than a month after my stay I am still battling to get my refundable security deposit back despite them promising it would be refunded on checkout, no apologies, just pathetic excuses and blaming anyone but themselves. They are ignoring all correspondence now and I have submitted a complaint to ***********, who state that Lagrange have also failed to respond to them. I have contacted the property and Lagrange via their social media channels and email on multiple occasions and every single time I have been ignored. Deposit aside, the accommodation was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned from the previous guests. The WiFi didn't work at all during our stay. Only one toilet roll for 4 guests. The 'kitchen' was very basic and lacking in equipment, for example there were only 2 knives and 2 pans which made cooking a meal very difficult (there is also no proper oven). Also, there was a very officious inventory listing all the cleaning charges and damages, but there were lots of items missing. There was no cleaning equipment provided to clean the apartment apart from 1 dirty cloth, and the vacuum cleaner was very poor. The reception was also never open and there were a few times we needed to speak to a member of staff but weren't able to. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this with them without leaving bad reviews but they simply don't care. Avoid this accommodation and the Lagrange group.
