Il servizio era piuttosto lento quando ci siamo arrivati giovedì sera. Non era colpa della nostra cameriera. Non molto organizzato e la cucina sembrava lenta. La mattina dopo abbiamo dovuto pagare per il colazione. $15.99 per il colazione che è di solito incluso nel vostro soggiorno. Abbiamo prenotato solo per una notte perché avevamo un nipote in un torneo di battaglia e non sapevamo se avremmo bisogno di due notti. Vorrei aver prenotato la seconda notte con il viaggio. Com e io non lo facevamo perché eravamo proprio li' al centro di convegno e ci siamo ripresi a chiedere di avere la stessa stanza per un'altra notte.

First off customer service was horrible. Employees acted annoyed if you asked for anything. I asked if they had any salt or pepper at breakfast and was rudely told ,”we don't have no salt or pepper here”. I was at the pool with my son and 5 year old grandson and a very loud car pulled in behind the hotel, the guy got out and had a hand gun. There was another family with 2 small children also. We all immediately went to our rooms. My son told the front desk attendant and he said ”I talked to him, he said he wasn't waving it around or anything, just messing with it.” I said that shouldn't happen with young kids around and he said he's gone now. I will definitely not be back!!
