房間還是比較小，早餐很少不豐富，服務還可以，辦理入住退房都很方便很快，床特別小，一個大男人的話睡起來會感覺很小

Essendo frequentatori di Ibis Budget e Comfort, eravamo curiosi di capire la differenza con il più quotato e costoso Styles. Sinceramente, a parte una maggior cura nell’arredamento (un attimo rosso e dozzinale), non abbiamo visto nulla che giustifichi il maggior costo. La colazione era esattamente come negli altri Ibis sperimentati fino ad ora (anzi, quella che avevamo provato a Stoccarda era anche migliore!). Il trattamento piuttosto spartano e sbrigativo e il parcheggio di accesso un po’ complicato.

We stayed here for one night on our way to the south of France from the UK. It is well located for going to a restaurant for dinner in Macon. The car park is secure but over the road. On arrival, the lift was not functional. The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us our two rooms which we had booked as a family of three. The rooms were in a private enclave with a locking door which meant we could keep the actual bedroom doors open, very convenient. The rooms are basic, small and a little old now but comfortable enough. The air con was reasonably effective but a bit noisy. Bathrooms functional but one of them extremely small and the door did not slide fully shut allowing some bad smells to escape. We had breakfast included. It was very basic and frankly, not very good.

Central location and friendly staff. Small room and bathroom but clean and quiet, just as I had asked. Breakfast was sufficient with various bread, viennoiseries, jams, cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruits, yoghurt, ... And good coffee. There is a garage underneath the hotel but you will need to reserve because it has only 7 places of which 2 for electrical cars. A good choice for a stopover.

A typical Ibis Styles, which give you a bit more than an ordinary Ibis provides. It’s located on a one-way street close to the railway station and not far from the river. The English speaking staff were really helpful, one even giving us his umbrella as there was a threat of heavy rain when we went to dinner. The only problem we encountered was that the lift wasn’t working, so lots of walking up and down stairs, but these things happen. The inclusive extras included free coffee and croissants available in reception and a good buffet breakfast. This included a good range of cold meat and cheeses, an orange juicing machine (lovely) and hot choices. There is garage parking just down the street, but the wrong way so a drive around the block and not a problem, which cost €9.50 for my motorcycle and was very secure. Would happily stay here again.

It may have been my fault. I have previously stayed at an Ibis Styles and thought it was great and a premium version of basic Ibis but downmarket compared to Novotel and Mercury. I had stayed at a basic Ibis in Leeds in the previous week. Styles Macon was not as good as the basic Ibis. No kettle, noisy, large room but not particularly comfortable. Problems such as the safe was locked (don’t staff check?) and a requested car parking space not reserved - so sent to a car park 3 stories up with no lift which isn’t great when you’re in your 70’s with luggage.

As we didn’t manage to start our trip to the south of France in the early afternoon we decided to stop over for a night in Macon. The hotel is located in the city center and easy to find when leaving the highway. We arrived late and we were nicely welcomed. Our room was ready and we could directly check in. The size of the room was good, the room was correctly outfitted and clean, simple but good… After an excellent quiet night, we took our breakfast in a nicely decorated breakfast room, the choice of food was limited but good. All in one a good choice and to recommend….

Idéalement situé à proximité de la gare et du centre ville, dans un bâtiment chargé d'histoire. L'accueil est sympathique et efficace. Chambre 222 fraîchement rénovée est superbe, dans un style faux industriel dépouillé, deux fenêtres sur rue chacune en double fenêtre et double vitrage, aucun bruit de l'extérieur. Belle salle de bain avec baignoire, le sol est collant, pas assez de rinçage lors de l'entretien ? La clim fonctionne bien et en silence. Surpris par le matelas du lit en 160, qui repose sur une planche en guise de sommier mais que finalement nous avons trouvé confortable. Petit déjeuner conforme aux standards de la marque. Le décor est aussi en style faux industriel. Jus d'oranges à presser soi-même, plus frais il n'y a pas. La jeune fille au service court dans tous les sens pour nettoyer et compléter le buffet. Bravo. Parking, il est important de réserver pour une place privative attenante ou un autre parking à 50 mètres. Le système de jeton pour ouvrir et fermer les portes est perfectible. Grand jardin avec piscine et une parcelle de vigne.Une excellente escale.

We verbleven in het Ibis Styles Mâcon op doorreis met ons gezin en waren zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. Bij het boeken hadden we aangegeven dat we een kinderbedje nodig hadden, en dit stond netjes klaar in onze kamer (332) bij aankomst. Het hotel had zelfs aan een extra handdoek voor ons kleintje gedacht, wat een fijn detail was. Het hotel zelf is modern en mooi ingericht, waardoor het een aangename plek is om te verblijven. Het enige minpuntje dat we kunnen noemen, is dat de douchewand in de badkamer vrij klein was, waardoor de vloer behoorlijk nat werd na het douchen. Daarnaast was het bad te smal voor een volwassene, waardoor het voor ons geen meerwaarde had. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar voldoende. Er was genoeg keuze voor een goede start van de dag, en het verse sinaasappelsap was een aangename verrassing! Al met al een fijne ervaring en we zouden hier zeker weer verblijven tijdens een volgende doorreis.

L'hôtel est agréable et centré. Le personnel à la réception pro et sympathique. Mention spéciale à Nanou qui s'occupe des pdj. Elle court de tout côté et est toujours souriante et serviable. Une employé de grande valeur ! Nous sommes resté 7 nuits mais avons quitter l'hôtel 1 semaine avant car pour la 8ème nuit on nous a refuser la nuit pour un 3eme adulte, pourtant c'est ma fille majeur. Dommage mais c'est leur politique.

Les hôtesses d’accueil souriantes et sympathiques. Chambre confortable, propre et silencieuse, malgré la situation côté rue. Petite déjeuner correct. Bien situé pour aller dîner à pied. Si vous arrivez après 19h et partez avant 9h, privilégiez le stationnement gratuit dans la rue , sinon ce sera 12€ pour le parking de l’hôtel.

L’hôtel est correct mais la classification est surcôtée par rapport aux prestations sur place. Je me tournerai certainement si je dois revenir à Mâcon vers un autre hôtel à prix équivalent Dommage car le personnel est tout accueillant et serviable.

Très bon accueil. Hôtel propre, soigné, actuel, bien decoré, belle suite familiale avec vue jardin et piscine. En centre ville et proximité directe gare et pourtant calme garanti. Le parking était un vrai plus. Petit déjeuner très correct. Adresse que nous gardons pour une étape sur la route des vacances. Nous recommandons.

Bonne situation par rapport au centre ville et aux gares SNCF et de bus. Accueil sympathique. Établissement vieillot. Petit déjeuner décevant et très en deçà de ceux pris dans d'autres IBIS Style. S'apparente plutôt à ceux servis dans les IBIS budget.
