Hotel in zona Mega Box, Maceio

L'hotel è incredibile e la cura anche! Tutti gli ambienti dell'hotel sono molto accoglienti, la camera e il bagno sono spaziosi, confortevoli e bellissimi! Il colazione è meraviglioso, una deliziosa! La posizione è anche ottima, vicino ai punti principali, i dipendenti sono molto attenti, esperienza eccellente, certamente tornerò più volte!

Pontos negativos: - o atendimento dos funcionários não é tão solícito, principalmente durante o check-in, que foi muito demorado; - O estacionamento do hotel é pequeno e quem deseja colocar no rotativo ainda tem que pagar por fora! Porém, nem isso conseguimos porque aparentemente o estacionamento estava lotado; - Os travesseiros não são confortáveis e só tem um lençol fino na cama. Precisamos solicitar edredom na recepção; - Como era meu aniversário, meu marido havia solicitado um bolo e rosas para nossa chegada, mas o hotel não providenciou. Pontos positivos - o quarto e o banheiro são amplos, o que permite uma estadia confortável; o quarto estava limpo, apenas com um pequeno defeito na janela, que não fechava completamente; - A localização é ótima, perto da praia e de vários pontos turísticos, oferecendo uma gama de possibilidades para conhecer a pé mesmo; - O café da manhã começa bem cedo e é muito bem servido, apesar do local se um pouco pequeno e lotar rápido; - O hotel fornece toalhas para praia e passeio.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto buona, ben al centro di Pajuçara e fa tutto a piedi. Camera ok e letto super comodo. Pulizia della stanza ok, ma potrebbero usare prodotti che lo renderebbero più odore. Caffè molto buono, con varie opzioni. I funzionari che si occupano di questa parte sono molto attenti e carismatici. Alcuni funzionari della reception non sono nemmeno un po' simpatici e ricettivi. Devono imparare a prestare maggiore attenzione e essere più carismatici con i clienti/turisti che ospitano l'hotel. Nella reception potrebbe avere almeno un caffè per i clienti, ma l'unico caffè disponibile è pagato e costo di +-R$3,50. Sulla terrazza hanno uno spazio legale e un jacuzzi, ma che per la nostra sorpresa costava R$50 all'ora. E ovviamente, per essere così costoso nessuno finisce di usare.

E 'stata un'esperienza incredibile!! Ho amato tutto e tutti. Le cameriere, il personale del caffè, i ricevitori, i sicuri, tutti un amore! Super educato e attento. Un ringraziamento speciale ai receptionisti Beatriz e Igor che da quando siamo arrivati sono stati super carini con me e con mia sorella! Sono ansiosa di tornare! Grazie!

Ótima localização, de frente pra praia e perto da Feirinha de Artesanato da Pajuçara. Quarto amplo e confiável, toalhas felpudas e macias, mesmo os quartos laterais têm vista pro mar. Café da manhã excelente.

i stayed here with my family of 5. it was great. the Family rooms have bunk beds that can accommodate up to 4 kids. the location of the hotel is beachfront and the breakfast was decent. I really liked the hotel as the room was built for families.. The only negative i could say is that the room has a weird bathroom configuration, where the shower is in a separate room from the toilet. This helped when the kids needed to take showers as they could do this and not be bothered by someone brushing their teeth, but it took some getting used to... overall i would really recommend this place for larger families as the Family suite is very well designed...

Il problema era che ho comprato 02 camere con vista sul mare, e sulla foto c'era una finestra di vetro davanti al mare e arrivando là mi hanno dato un lato dicendo che era la prenotazione. Pensavo che saresti svegliato guardando il mare, anche pagando più caro per questo, ma no, per vedere dovevo uscire dalla stanza, andare in un tiro, pendere sul lato per farsi un po' di merda. E l'altra stanza peggiore, aveva un edificio davanti alla vista del mare.

Per il livello dell'hotel aggiungerebbe TV intelligente o alfumo piano TV. Piscina riscaldata ja sarebbe interessante in tempi bassi il riscaldamento anche se poco avrebbe già mantenuto gli ospiti più tranquilli di non perdere la spiaggia

Reservation of 3 bedrooms done through a hotel booking site: when travelers of 3rd room arrived, reception could not find the 3rd room and was not very friendly when guests arrived without me (while name of one guest was indicated in the booking). Overall, hotel standards do not meet classification and price; it is decent, but not corresponding to the category and luxury displayed on official pictures (done by a very good photographer and most probably retouched). We booked rooms with seaview and I must admit view was stunning - only issue is that at night there are many powerful public lights in front of the hotel (to allow late beach volley, tennis, walking and caring for safety), while curtains are not wide enough (and in one room, one was even partially torn, while in another room a handle was missing). Bedding was very good and cleaning service as well. Shower is Italian style (which is good), but taps are outdated, water temperature was not always the same, and pipes hardly can swallow shower water. Rooms are confortable, but would also require refreshing decoration. Wardrobe has no door: only option not to expose something is to rent the safe, though it is not very big. Rooftop area is not as beautiful as it looks on official pictures: tinted windows at sea front probably reduce the warmth in the summer, but they definitely reduce the view impact (on top of not being super clean). ”Continental” breakfast is very decent and mostly regional, with quite a large selection of products including bread, sweet (fresh fruits and juices, bread, cereals, jam, regional pastries and yogourts) and salty (croque-monsieur, ham, cheese, mixed eggs, local dishes including sausages and cassava), with some changes from one day to the next. Beware when checking out: they tempt to add some snacks you would have taken from the minibar and request local tax even when you have paid them with your booking. Fortunately, they did not insist when we identified errors.

L'hotel è bello, conciliabile. La vendita di pranzo veloce aiuta molto il prezzo è anche buono.il ristorante è bellissimo il cibo è meraviglioso . Ottimo costo beneficio. La camera è anche ben ventilata , illuminato e aria condizionata. Ho chiesto di essere a provvedere alla stanza e mi hanno risposto in fretta.Solo che dovevo mettere più ganci per appendere le tovaglie per asciugare . Adora l'hotel .
