Hotel in zona Magazine Luiza, Maceio

Ho apprezzato un hotel ben situato,un buon ristorante,un caffè mattina semplice,solo manca un frigo nelle camere.

Reservation of 3 bedrooms done through a hotel booking site: when travelers of 3rd room arrived, reception could not find the 3rd room and was not very friendly when guests arrived without me (while name of one guest was indicated in the booking). Overall, hotel standards do not meet classification and price; it is decent, but not corresponding to the category and luxury displayed on official pictures (done by a very good photographer and most probably retouched). We booked rooms with seaview and I must admit view was stunning - only issue is that at night there are many powerful public lights in front of the hotel (to allow late beach volley, tennis, walking and caring for safety), while curtains are not wide enough (and in one room, one was even partially torn, while in another room a handle was missing). Bedding was very good and cleaning service as well. Shower is Italian style (which is good), but taps are outdated, water temperature was not always the same, and pipes hardly can swallow shower water. Rooms are confortable, but would also require refreshing decoration. Wardrobe has no door: only option not to expose something is to rent the safe, though it is not very big. Rooftop area is not as beautiful as it looks on official pictures: tinted windows at sea front probably reduce the warmth in the summer, but they definitely reduce the view impact (on top of not being super clean). ”Continental” breakfast is very decent and mostly regional, with quite a large selection of products including bread, sweet (fresh fruits and juices, bread, cereals, jam, regional pastries and yogourts) and salty (croque-monsieur, ham, cheese, mixed eggs, local dishes including sausages and cassava), with some changes from one day to the next. Beware when checking out: they tempt to add some snacks you would have taken from the minibar and request local tax even when you have paid them with your booking. Fortunately, they did not insist when we identified errors.

The hotel is well located right in front of the beach. There many restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe. Rooms are modern and clean. Wifi works well. Breakfast at the terrace with an amazing view is real (what you see in the pictures) Service is ok. Price is competitive. Ask for a room with ocean view even if more expensive.

O melhor do hotel são os funcionários, principalmente Michel e Vitor, para vcs meus sinceros agradecimentos por toda atenção, cordialidade, simpatia e profissionalismo. A localização do hotel é excelente, tem algumas coisas para melhorar como as tomadas nem todas estavam pegando, mas, você ser bem atendida e estar no lugar limpo vale a pena

L'hotel è incredibile e la cura anche! Tutti gli ambienti dell'hotel sono molto accoglienti, la camera e il bagno sono spaziosi, confortevoli e bellissimi! Il colazione è meraviglioso, una deliziosa! La posizione è anche ottima, vicino ai punti principali, i dipendenti sono molto attenti, esperienza eccellente, certamente tornerò più volte!

E 'stata la mia prima volta a Maceió e posso dire che vale la pena. L'equipaggio è stato ottimo, un bel colazione, oltre a essere vicino a varie cose (droga, ristoranti e spiaggia). Lavavano la nostra camera tutto il giorno (senza noi chiesto), ha anche una comodità all'interno dell'hotel che ho trovato un differenziale. Ho rimasto in vacanza di carnaval quindi ho trovato bene in considerazione.

Hotel eccellente! Si capisce tutto il carino che hanno con gli ospiti. L'odore delle tovaglie e dei corridoi, il caffè mattina sempre nuovo, le arti con le tovaglie che si trasformano in animali . I dipendenti sono stati tutti gentili e attenti . Io e la mia famiglia ci incantamo, e quando torniamo a Maceyo, sappiamo dove stare!

Molto buon hotel, super ben situato. Pulizia e colazione fantastica.
