BBeggieAbbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Il vestito era grande, la vista era spettacolare. Il letto era molto comodo e il colazione era molto ricco. Ci sono state molte scelte di piatti di stile occidentale e cinese. La reception Jenet era molto gentile e utile. Ha organizzato alcune decorazioni e una piccola torta per la nostra festa di compleanno. La colazione Dylan era molto gentile e utile. L'intera squadra era molto professionale e gentile. Spero di tornare presto.

UUtente anonimoDopo un hiccup il primo giorno di arrivo, il desk front e il manager Lyon ha fatto un lavoro fenomenale per renderci felici, ci hanno fatto sentire molto benvenuti e ci hanno aggiornato in una sala di livello esecutivo di vista marittima. Siamo venuti qui per la piscina sorprendente, ma il BC di una riparazione d’emergenza era chiuso per due giorni. Finiremo di estenderci ad una notte. Aveva la possibilità di nuotare dopo. Anche se l’acqua non era riscaldata, era ancora una grande nuoto.
Lyon, il direttore e tutta la squadra del ristorante, della sala da giardino, della palestra, tutti sono molto attenti, il servizio è eccellente. Una cosa che dico che potrebbero migliorare è il cibo Buffett, il cibo non è abbastanza caldo. Tutto è lukewarm tranne le zuppe. In generale, c'era un buon soggiorno. Situazione conveniente, si può letteralmente andare a Macao da qui.

We had a nice stay with birthday cake and mini decoration, staff Winnie and Lena tried their very best to accomodate our requirements, the rooms were also upgraded so we can enjoyed macau ocean view, my family was so satisfied. The room itself was a spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed sanctuary, featuring soft, ocean-inspired tones, plush beds, and thoughtful touches that made it the perfect retreat after long, adventure-filled days. Every aspect of the hotel radiated excellence, from the spotless facilities to the exceptional service that seemed to anticipate every need. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a feast for the senses with its impressive variety, featuring flaky pastries, fresh fruits, hearty Western dishes, and authentic Chinese cuisine. 1. Location, Location, Location:
The best part is how close it is to the parks. The Penguin Hotel is technically the closest to the main entrance of Ocean Kingdom, but the Circus Hotel is still super near. We're talking like a 3-to-5-minute walk tops. You're also right next to the International Circus, which is super handy. You can't beat that convenience when you're dragging tired kids (or yourself!) back after a long day of fun.
2. The Lobby and Logistics:
The main entrance area is a real showstopper—it's got that big, grand lobby feel with all the cool circus decorations. For getting around, it's totally smooth. Calling a Didi (China's taxi/ride-share) is a breeze, which is great for arriving or heading out of the resort area.
3. Food Delivery is a Snap:
Hungry but don't want to leave the hotel? No stress. The hotel is well-set up for the modern traveler. There's a designated, easy drop-off spot right in front of the lobby for your ******* (or other delivery) food. You don't have to wander all over to grab your late-night snack.
4. Dinner is a Must-Do:

NNatyunaNice location, not bad hotel, great pool and even this small gym was enough. But the breakfast was terrible, and they don't refill anything. We came at 9 and all was empty. Also the floor is too slippery in the room, both of us were about to die on that floor for a couple of times
