Hotel in zona Mablethorpe Indoor Market, Mablethorpe

The staff were friendly and the actual hotel was quite elegant. The grounds were amazing, and there were plenty of lovely places for photos with colourful flowers. We ate dinner in the hotel and the presentation of the food and the quality was excellent. The steak was cooked to perfection. The mushroom risotto wasn't quite as good as it had some crunchy bits of rice in it. It needed about 10 minutes longer on a slow heat, and then it would have been perfect; as it wasn't that hot either. This hotel boasts that it has a spa, swimming pool, and lots of different spa room experiences. Normally, when you use the leisure facilities connected to the hotel that you're staying in, they provide towels free of charge. Not this one. We walked over with our swimwear and room key card to be told that towels were £1 each. We explained that we didn't bring a wallet, money, or a phone to pay with. We asked if they could charge it to our room. They couldn't!! They said that you can use the one in your hotel room or walk back to the hotel reception and they'd give us them. Not helpful at all. Then, we went in to find the two foot spa's didn't work, and when I said it to the leisure centre manager, his reply was ' I know as I reported them last week'. But not a sign on them to say that they weren't working! Overall, the hotel needed a bit of a spruce up; but they made up for it with friendly staff. We paid to play a 9 hole game of golf and the staff in the golf shop was amazing.

Beautiful location and especially friendly staff. Nice food and good drinks. We would always come back here.

Sono un utente di mobilita scooter, eravamo al primo piano e usavamo i miei due stick? , Manage tutto la nostra camera era piccola ma aveva doccia tè e caffè Camera confortevole letto molto bello , le porte a fianco chippi non aperto?? lavatrice auto era aperta, grande parcheggio pub 5min passeggiata più buon servizio autobus a Skegness 15min di distanza Qualcosa cattiva non era caduta Krebs e traffico veloce per il mio scooter, 20min passeggiata a tutti i divertimenti caffè & mercato (supermercato), Il proprietario ha messo il mio scooter e'un grande cazzo.

We have been twice this week for a meal for 2 separate birthday celebrations. Both times the service and food have been excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. for the wonderful staff here. We had the Greek gyros. Gorgeous. Blade of beef. Succulent and tasty. Hot and tasty. Love the ambience of this venue. We sat outside for the first birthday. So lovely. This has been our 4th visit. Cant wait to come again. Lovely place to celebrate special occasions. Good menu. Coctails are lovely. Price is worth every penny. Many thanks.
