Name recall feels good. The awesome panoramic sight of the sea just at reaching the reception area is really an attraction . The staff are very courteous and pleasant and service oriented and knowledgeable. The uniforms of the staff are clean and worn properly. The amenities provided in the room are complete and of good quality. The menu offers a variety of choices and the food is excellent. The resort, as a whole, is top notch. The total resort experience during our stay was outstanding and memorable. There is a tug of coming back in the future. The place gets to you like an elegant beautiful woman.😎

My dog and I were actually celebrating our birthday during the stay. We arrived around 8:30pm as we had some errands before going to the resort. As for the room, WOW! So happy it’s just 1st floor and has breathtaking seaview since I have senior mom with me. The location is actually a little bit far but it’s understandable since it’s a diving spot. I really love that it’s almost a secluded place. The beach is not crowded and it’s beside the 5-star resort, so called Vivere. The service is great, however, the reception is so hard to reach. Their mobile number is not working, I think? Plus the telephone in the room. ‘Cause everytime I dial, it doesn’t push through. Just a suggestion, since the front desk is not 24/7, atleast improve the communication service with the reception using other platform like social media or messaging app to address guests’ concern. Cleanliness, it’s good but I spotted some stains in the linens, particularly with the duvet cover and flat sheet. It was an old stain which I think laundry can no longer remove it. But it didn’t bother me at all, so long it’s not blood. For the amenities, highly recommended! You don’t have to look for anything else because they have it in the hotel. I just hope that the elevator soon will be available (one of the staff told us). Also, kudos to the one who assisted us when we arrived. I wasn’t able to get his name but maybe he’s from HK Dept. I appreciated how he’s happy to help us eventhough we have to go down 200+ steps and go up as well. I think he was also one of the staffs who carried our things when we checked-out. :) For the resto, food was awesome and the staffs are easy to approach :) Overall, I will recommend it and surely will comeback, not just for leisure but for diving (as I’m planning to push Scuba soon). The hotel is beautiful, the surrounding view is stunning. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We sat at the poolside to watch sunset for 2 days. It was a very nice experience. We took so many pictures. Snorkeling at the seaside was also super enjoyable. The hotel provided snorkeling equipment and a guide who taught us how to snorkel and led us to swim to the area where we could see lots of colorful fish. The price of snorkeling and kayaking was already included in the room rate. All the staff are very friend and helpful. We enjoy the stay at the hotel very much. The only problem with our room was that the shower area was not fully covered by glass or a curtain, the whole floor of the bathroom got wet after a shower as water splashed out from the shower area.

Stavo 2 notti da me per un rilassamento molto necessario. Bentrina è un resort molto tranquillo, privato ed esclusivo. Camere grandi, lucidi puliti, Internet veloce e personale amichevole. Ha una buona piscina d'acqua fresca e ho montato un paio di pozzi sul rief casa con pesce. Bello bar e zona esterna per rilassarsi sotto gli alberi di mango e una buona varietà di cibo delizioso dal resort cuoco
