Può essere migliorata la pulizia, c'è un odore, probabilmente dal detergente usato per lavare lettini? Gli oggetti standard sono forniti, la tosta e la pasta dentale, sapone corpo e shampoo, ma c'è un grande problema, lo shampoo non ha modo di essere aperto, se non con un dischi o con qualsiasi strumento acuto. Pioveva molto e l'acqua spruzzava sull'unità d'aria causando un grande suono, si svegliò verso di essa circa 1:00 e non poteva dormire dopo, andò e feedback al personale dell'hotel, nessuna domanda è stata immediatamente trasferita in una stanza migliorata Ma tutto, è un hotel di bilancio, quindi si ottiene quello che hai pagato, quindi in generale è ancora soddisfacente

Once you emotionally and mentally accept that you're not staying at a Hilton resort, the Queens hotel is more than adequate to fit most of your needs. Paying in cash does provide a discount, so I would recommend to take advantage of the strong dollar and pay cash. They do expect a cash payment on arrival though. A reviewer did post that towels are worn and thin. This is true. I put my towel up to the light and I could see through it. Queen's should definitely buy higher quality towels. Rooms don't have a coffee maker, only two bottles of water. I've already learned from past experience the service and food at the restaurant downstairs is very bad (at least for breakfast) so I typically walk to Phillies or Envy. The refrigerator is filled with snack bar items, but I simply tell housekeeping to remove all the items and I fill up the fridge with my own items (water, soda, beer). My room did have toiletries such as toothbrush, razor, comb etc. I did get the room with the balcony overlooking the pool so maybe all the toiletries come with a certain type of room? Staff is very friendly and will greet you with a smile and call you by name.

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per qualche volta e ogni volta che mi hanno disappunto. Grande posizione e amichevole personale con un grande servizio intorno. Aspetto il mio prossimo soggiorno.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanliness, nice and accommodating staffs from front desk, housekeeping, guards and bellboys. Superb room and pool. I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.

Location is very nice and accessible, service is quiet good. Cleanliness is very wise and nice, however somehow lack of amenities like the limited toiletries you have to buy it separately. But everything is still fun and good upon the stay. It was my second time in here.

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. In primo luogo, il personale è meraviglioso e estremamente utile. I miei incaricati hanno prenotato questo cieco come un soggiorno di notte in viaggio verso la nostra destinazione e dopo l'arrivo della sera quasi immediatamente ho cominciato a notare che arrivano e vanno sia da e verso le camere da letto da uomini anziani coreani/giapponesi/europei con giovani donne. Sono abbastanza saggio per sapere cosa sta succedendo.Fortunatamente tutti i nostri figli godevano la bella zona di piscina e dimenticavano la natura delle cose. Anche se il personale dell'hotel è fantastico, pensiamo che questo sia un'unica volta per noi.

Siamo stati al nostro soggiorno di anniversario, e per la prima volta in tutti i luoghi in cui abbiamo soggiornato (e ci piace viaggiare e soggiornare in luoghi più economici), mi sono svegliato con un pezzo di canestro sul mio occhio. Non avrei pubblicato un recensione ma continua a far male, non posso sradicare l'occhio e è stato pesante, così fa male e non posso lavorare proprio da, e faccio lavoro online, così è stato duro :( le strutture sono buone. Il cibo è costoso, non molto di una selezione, ma spero che si puliscano meglio. Ho detto alla ricezione e mi hanno puntato all'occhio, ci hanno dato un'ora di proroga per il checkout, che non è davvero speciale, o compensa per i danni che hanno causato la pulizia scarsa :/

Non è stato facile quando abbiamo iniziato a cercare la nostra ricezione di nozze intorno alle Filippine, perché ci sono così tante opzioni da scegliere. L'anno scorso siamo stati in servizio all'Hotel Clark Marriott, quindi ha un posto speciale nel nostro cuore, quindi io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo finalmente deciso di fare il nostro matrimonio qui. Siamo stati così felici di aver scelto l’Hotel Clark Marriott, abbiamo avuto il migliore e eccellente servizio clienti mai sperimentato, soprattutto con l’aiuto di Jonas Carlo e Laila, senza di loro non sarebbe possibile avere il nostro matrimonio sogno veramente. Ci hanno guidati e camminati fino alla fine, dalla nostra suite presidenziale, dal gusto alimentare, dalle garanzie e da altre straordinarie perche' tutto andava bene e tranquillo, senza stress, qualunque cosa abbiamo chiesto loro faranno funzionare il più possibile. È stato così facile comunicare con loro anche il nostro coordinatore di matrimonio è stato anche sorpreso come i cuochi, i dirigenti e altri membri del personale dell'hotel sono così professionali, amichevoli e molto accoglienti. Un anno di preparazione, ma sicuramente valeva la pena, ogni momento che abbiamo trascorso a Clark Marriott superava le nostre aspettative, la parte migliore era che tutti di noi ci piacevano e tutti i nostri ospiti hanno avuto un feedback positivo. Raccomandiamo al Clark Marriott Hotel di celebrare il vostro matrimonio, assolutamente più di 5 stelle per noi. Grazie, signori Jonas Carlo e Laila, per il vostro fantastico servizio!

Abbiamo celebrato qui il compleanno di mio figlio e abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni e 2 notti, è stata la migliore decisione mai, perché l'hotel ha fatto la mia famiglia davvero speciale durante il nostro soggiorno. Ogni persona che era molto accogliente e gentile dava un sacco di trattamenti e anche decorava la nostra stanza con palloncini e banner di compleanno. Alla fine del giorno che ci ha detto questo è il suo compleanno. Grazie, Swissotel, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile.
