I was delightfully surprised with this place. While relatively small and affordable, it offers a premium cozy hotel feel with its room ambiance and huge king size bed. I came with a 6 year old boy so the pool just steps away from our room was just perfect. The pool was kid friendly with steps that offer kids a landing place in between swim. The staff were very accommodating and attended promptly to our needs, including the GM. It also has a restaurant so you can conveniently order food. This will definitely be our go to place in Clark. Thank you Sure stay!

Hotel was very clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Everything was good except for the aircon. Aircon was not cold even after reporting to front office. Hopefully everything gets fix so that it would be perfect.

 A truly wonderful hotel to stay in while in Angeles. The price is very reasonable. The location is accessible to everything one may need, and the staff are without a doubt, the best team in Angeles.

The Sure Stay is a wonderful hotel just a few blocks off the walking street. Rooms are clean and modern, staff is friendly and attentive (especially Lloyd and the other bellmen). Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious room, very cozy and clean.
The room is equipped with fast wifi connection, mini bar,hot and cold shower, complete toiletries and complementary water.
King size bed was soft and good to sleep on. Pool area is good for kids too!

Overall good but lack of hot water completely ruined the impression. The staff think that it is hot water, but it is not hot water. Tasteless and small breakfast.
However, the staff are friendly and the bed is comfortable.
