Hotel in zona Global Square Plaza, Mabalacat

Abbiamo celebrato qui il compleanno di mio figlio e abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni e 2 notti, è stata la migliore decisione mai, perché l'hotel ha fatto la mia famiglia davvero speciale durante il nostro soggiorno. Ogni persona che era molto accogliente e gentile dava un sacco di trattamenti e anche decorava la nostra stanza con palloncini e banner di compleanno. Alla fine del giorno che ci ha detto questo è il suo compleanno. Grazie, Swissotel, per aver reso il nostro soggiorno memorabile.

값싼 숙소이기에 많은 기대를 할 필요가 없다. 위치는 유로텔건너 지프니터미널에서 1.4km 정도 크리아타운방향으로 가는길 중간에 있다. 직원들은 친절하다. 조용히 쉴수 있어서 좋다. 방은 약간 넓은 편이다. 이런점들은 장점이다. 단점은 샤워시 수압이 낮고 주변에 식사를 할만한곳이 없다. 식사를 하려면 지프니를 타거나 트라이시클 또는 그랩을 사용해서 이동해야한다. 지프니는 양방향으로 매우 자주 다닌다. 그리고 안전하다고 생각된다. 24년1월 현재 지프니의 요금은 13페소이다.

Believe me it was bliss for me that travel became very limited during this pandemic. People are, like, away. Away. So I was fished out of my comfort zone by my husband who wanted to leave our current city -- a city that worships face shields, as if face masks weren't enough to choke us in this heat. We initially booked our flights to Bohol, hotels included. But thanks to the national government's ever-expanding classification of quarantines, we had to cancel that trip. We wanted to still celebrate a week-long birthday out of town so we planned on driving to cities with little or no quarantine restrictions. First stop: Angeles City in Pampanga. Pampanga is a province not in included in the NCR bubble in May 2021. So we didn't need to get tested or quarantined when we got there. We didn't realize looking for a pet-friendly hotel would be so difficult. We found a couple, but landed in Capitol Hill Hotel and Suites. The hotel isn't really inside Clarkfield. One enters the zone from NLEX and exits one of the side gates. You'll pass through what seems to be the former red light district of the old US Military (?) zone, and you'll find Capitol Hill build just outside the residential areas alongside some of the old and new hotels. This one looks new. Squeaky clean. They have ample parking spaces in front and beside the hotel building. With a crate, a couple of bags, and 4 small dogs, were pleased to be led to a room in the second floor. We still had to take several elevator trips to and from the car. I lost count on how many times the doorman held the door for us. The two ladies at the Reception were all smiles all the time. We were handed only one key card. But in all hotels that I've stayed in, I've always made it a rule to get two key cards, in case I leave the other one in the room. The room's about 50 square meters, with a king size bed, TV, and toiletries, a huge window that overlooks where we parked the car, and a see-through bathroom with a tub. Water pressure in the sink and shower were strong. And again, squeaky clean. The toilet flushes well. The entire building has wi-fi. We were provided with enough towels. The closet had two robes, two pairs of slippers, and a safety deposit box. Venture to the rooftop and you'll find the infinity pool, bar, and restaurant. The food is pricey if you're on a budget, but they serve them fast and with utmost concern about your taste. You don't have to take the towels from your room if you want to use the pool; they provide towels for that. I recommend you have dinner at the rooftop by yourself or with a date. The evening view of Clarkfield and the Clark Airport is spectacular. One floor below the rooftop is a small gym with a treadmill, peloton, and a few weights. The next morning, I had to stay in the room to prepare our stuff for our next lap in our tour. The phone rang asking us if we wanted our breakfast in the room or the restaurant at the rooftop. Siamo davvero lieti di scoprire il miglior segreto mantenuto a Luzon, Filippine e è in Clark City, Pampaga! Il parco insegreto di Radisson per noi per tornare la seconda volta è il loro personale hotel di eccellente formazione! Quasi tutti i loro dipendenti, dalla guardia alla cameriera, sono molto rispettosi e attenti alle esigenze di ogni ospite. Il primo ufficio è sempre felice ed efficiente. I lavoratori del ristorante sono attenti e veloci. Il portiere e il conducente van sono estremamente utili e pensanti. Quando si visita questo hotel chiede questo personale: Front office = Rem, Angel, Ace, e James, ad Maren; Restaurant = Dion, Kido, AJ, Randy e Jessie; Pulizia della stanza = Richard, Edward & Kevin; Non solo questi dipendenti hanno dato il meglio alle loro missioni assegnate, ma hanno anche compiuto molteplici compiti.Io e mio marito abbiamo osservato le loro prestazioni per una settimana perché abbiamo anche il nostro alloggio in Virginia, USA. E ciò che ci ha colpito, quando abbiamo controllato al mattino, un sandwich con frutta fresca e caffè fresco, ci aspettavano di andare con il nostro viaggio all'aeroporto. Infine, voglio ricordare l'array di cibo servito ogni giorno è ben pensato e molto attraente. Kudos al cuoco - sta migliorando ogni volta! La camera è così confortevole che mio marito vuole rimanere dentro tutto il giorno! Per chi accede, assicurarsi di chiedere di cancellare l'importo del deposito pagato sulla carta di credito non appena si accede. La mia famiglia e io pianificheremo di fare questo alloggio a casa nostra mentre visitare i nostri parenti nella zona di Luzon. Mantenere l'eccellente e professionale formazione Radisson!!!

Può essere migliorata la pulizia, c'è un odore, probabilmente dal detergente usato per lavare lettini? Gli oggetti standard sono forniti, la tosta e la pasta dentale, sapone corpo e shampoo, ma c'è un grande problema, lo shampoo non ha modo di essere aperto, se non con un dischi o con qualsiasi strumento acuto. Pioveva molto e l'acqua spruzzava sull'unità d'aria causando un grande suono, si svegliò verso di essa circa 1:00 e non poteva dormire dopo, andò e feedback al personale dell'hotel, nessuna domanda è stata immediatamente trasferita in una stanza migliorata Ma tutto, è un hotel di bilancio, quindi si ottiene quello che hai pagato, quindi in generale è ancora soddisfacente

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per qualche volta e ogni volta che mi hanno disappunto. Grande posizione e amichevole personale con un grande servizio intorno. Aspetto il mio prossimo soggiorno.

Location is very convenient if you're coming from the North and would want to spend few hours of rest before heading to the Clark International Airport for your flight. It's located near the Dau Bus Terminal where most buses from the north stop.

Had been about 6 years since I last stayed here. For the most part it is the same although a bit more expensive than in the past. The pool and rooftop are great! The bed is average at best, would be expect a much softer/comfortable bed for the price. I would stay here again, if the price point drops to a more competitive rate.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for cleanliness, nice and accommodating staffs from front desk, housekeeping, guards and bellboys. Superb room and pool. I don't know about the previous review regarding the pool but when we went there water was crystal clear to think the place was packed they made sure it was clean and treated for the safety of their guests, there was a guy going around making sure it was always clean. I really really highly recommend this hotel due to their overall service and easy accessibility to SM Clark, LA Bakeshop (best cheese bread on earth) and other nice places in Angeles/Clark.

I stayed here for 22 nights with my partner and overall, it was a good experience. We stayed in a deluxe king room on the bottom floor. Pros: -comfortable bed -good shower with many shower heads and hand held hose -good location in Balibago close to many good restaurants and karaoke bars -staff are friendly and attentive, special shout out to Cherry for helping me organize flowers on Valentine's Day -easily accessible by car and free parking -the rate is quite cheap, will be hard to find a better hotel for this price in the area -the WiFi was consistently reliable with fast speeds throughout my stay Cons: -despite daily housekeeping, the floor of the room is always dirty, you cannot walk barefoot in the room or your feet will be black with dirt. needs to be mopped with stronger chemicals -the shower needs a deep and thorough clean with stronger chemicals also. housekeeping staff are mopping the floor, but white and black mould accumulate very quickly which poses a health risk. it seems like they're just cleaning the bathroom with basic chemicals or water only -would be much better if the TV was a smart TV so that guests can enjoy Netflix etc, however they did have cable TV -quite often, our access card stopped working every 2-3 days which is inconvenient as we have to go to reception constantly to get it fixed. also, there are 2 of us but they refused to give us 2 room keys. If the small issue with cleanliness of the floors/shower is resolved and this hotel had a smart TV, it would truly transform the hotel to a 5 star experience. Overall, I would stay here again.
