Stayed here for three nights. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt safe while staying here. It is located right on the Vrijthof — hotel itself is quiet but keep in mind that the Vrijthof itself can be loud at night. Check in was quick and easy. When we arrived to our room, we noticed there were some small ants on the floor by the balcony door. We let reception know about this. We were fine with staying in the room, we just asked if they could spray the room — instead they upgraded us to the large family suite. The staff were very friendly. Our room was not tidied by house keeping during our stay, but we found it to be fine since we were only here for three nights. We would stay here again

Was excited to stay in the city centre of Maastricht. Got an email from the hotel saying they’ll receive me between 16:00 and 22:00. Got there at 20:55. They left for the night. They charged me for 2 nights. They said they would refund 1. Didn’t happen.

Disgusting hotel. Cleanliness very poor (webcobs in the corners of the room) curtains falling apart and dirty, corridors haven t been vacumed cleaned probably for weeks, no remote control in the room to activate the TV . Broke stool, Reception is supposed to be open untill 22.00 hours and was already closed at 20.30 when we came back to the hotel after dinner. We called a phone number mentioned in the hotel directory and we were redirected to a hotel of the same brand and they said they could not help us. Don t know what the breakfast will be but not having great expectations. Stays away from this hotel

We chose this hotel for the location of the square and arrived just before an Andre Rieu concert. The staff were extremely busy, but still were excellent at booking us in and attending to us. We were able to hear the concert from our front bedroom which was a bonus, then attended the following evening. Super view of the square being on the top floor. Shame there wasn't a lift. The 53 steps up were challenging each time, but the room had everything we needed and made a pleasant stay. Thank you.

Een erg slordige entree, oogt vies en al lang geen onderhoud geweest. Kamer erg klein en zeer gedateerd. Vies en slecht onderhouden. Zeep in de badkamer was een viezige grote flacon die leeg in de houder stond. Veel herrie van de straat. On de tocht tegen te gaan was er overal tissues tussen de kozijnen gepropt, zie foto. Het ontbijt is vanaf 8.00uur. Ivm een uitvaart moesten wij al vroeg vertrekken en hebben gevraagd of we om 7.30 uur konden ontbijten. Dat was mogelijk, helaas was er echter op de dag van vertrek geen ontbijt om 7.30 uur. Er werd geen kopje koffie if iets anders aangeboden. We hadden gewoon pech. Ik vind het geen aanrader!!

NOOIT MEER Dit hotel krijgt van ons eigenlijk geen sterren, maar ik moet er 1 aantikken anders kan ik de review niet versturen. Ze hebben ons bij aankomst op 16 oktober 2x de toeristenbelasting laten betalen. De toeristenbelasting zat al bij voordeeluitjes in t bedrag en hun hebben het bedrag nog n keer bij het te betalen bedrag opgeteld. Toen ik na 10 minuten terug ging naar de receptie dat t niet klopte konden ze mij t bedrag van € 27,80 niet meer terugbetalen (terwijl ik contant had betaald) en moest ik n mail sturen. Na diverse mails heb ik tot op heden 14 december nog steeds het geld niet retour. Kreeg ik eerst nog een reactie op mijn mail wordt er nu nog niet eens meer gereageerd. Zeker niet klantvriendelijk! Daarbij was het niet schoon en stonk onze kamer naar riolering.

De tekst op de site van het hotel; recentelijk vernieuwd en een modern jasje gestoken is niet terug te zien aan de kamer, de ingang naar douche en toilet met opstapje is erg smal ,wel netjes en redelijk modern. De ramen sluiten niet goed en het tocht. In alle vroegte 07.00u wordt aan het Vrijthof gewerkt nu met de herfst met bladblazers en veegwagens ook hoor je het verkeer heel goed, gehorig dus! Er is geen restaurant/bar meer en geen uitgebreid ontbijt dat is een basic ontbijt (met afbakbroodjes)wel voldoende en wordt aan tafel geserveerd. Er is alleen koffie op de kamer geen thee. Ook de schoonmaak laat wat te wensen over, het hoofdbord van het bed was erg stoffig en het espresso koffieapparaat vies. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en doet er alles aan om je een aangenaam verblijf te geven. Voor gasten die slecht ter been zou ik dit dit hotel niet aanraden er is geen lift en de kamers zijn alleen te bereiken via een smalle trap. De receptie is vanaf 20.00u gesloten er is dan niemand meer tot de volgende ochtend. Ligging Perfect direct aan het Vrijthof

De locatie is aan een bekend plein genaamd Vrijthof en op loopafstand van treinstation Maastricht (kwartier), de Sint Servaasbrug, het bekende plein Markt en alle bekende toeristische attracties. Er zijn veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Maastricht grenst aan een bekende rivier waarover er toerboten varen. Ontbijt was basic maar goed met brood, kaas, koffiem thee, etc. Op de kamer was heel handig een koffiezetapparaat.
