Hotel vicini a Crafts & Co a Maastricht

Questo piccolo hotel ha una posizione perfetta, in una vecchia casa di fronte al fiume Maas, nella parte più pittoresca del centro storico, vicino a affascinanti negozi e ristoranti. E 'pulito. Le camere sono moderne, minimalistiche ma ben pensate. Nessun colazione, nessun caffè nella stanza, nessun catrame o tavole, certamente nessuna sicurezza, asciugacapelli solo su richiesta del desk front- it’s not luxury, and a bit of a challenge for older travellers. Non ho trovato il personale rude- egualitaria, forse- brusca quando trattava le denunce, i suoi ospiti, ma altrimenti amici e molto utile. Erano giovani e abbastanza freddi da aver preso le loro proposte di ristorante.

This is the first time we have stayed in a property in this price range that was badly antiquated, poorly run, and lacked any modern management that we wanted to escape almost directly after checking in. We should have been more conscious honestly after reading the TA reviews as the management apparently only responds to positive reviews but never to negative ones....a clear sign there is a lack of any accountability or leadership in a property honestly. Beyond the poor communications in advance of our stay we have to say that the rooms have not been refurbished since the 1970s at best and were stuffy, dark, and kind of sad honestly to the point where we worried about sticking to something. While some of the junior staff were friendly enough, the communication with management was poor and when we asked how we could best accomodate the needs of our children, we were simply told that one could sleep in our bed and they could set up a crib for the other child....at a rental cost of 15 euro a day!!!!! In my decades of traveling I have not ever found a single 4 star property that charged a daily rate on using a baby crib in a room and in general this left us the rather pressing feeling that families are not welcome here! Otherwise, if you are taking a train to Maastricht it is an ideal location as the hotel is located almost directly next to the train station and the noise is not so bad at night. In general though, this property felt like an obsolete dinosaur with no central leadership or accountability to its guests. The sad fact though is that with one of the Netherland's best hospitality schools based within the city limits, this poor service could easily be remedied we argued with some fresh blood and investment, but instead it looks like the owners just want to rest on the Amrath's accolades (and its presumed '4 stars') from yesteryear. A true pity and waste of money these days especially in such a hospitable city as Maasstricht where the Crowne Plaza nearby is clean, well run, and equally convenient.

Great hotel! I knew I'd love a hotel with a reception desk literally at the bar, LOL. Room was big enough, clean and windows opened up to the street below. Was here for a conference at MECC, which was only a 20 min walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and if anything, convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

Bellissima struttura ma mancante di personale e calore. Check in col computer, entri in un corridoio spettrale, ma poi camera pulita e funzionale. TV molto grande ma con pochissimi canali peraltro non internazionali e con l’impossibilità di collegare devices con HDMI. Il ristorante ha spesso un solo dipendente che malgrado per il Cliente ci siano appositi utensili, tocca tutto con le sue mani dal pane alle brioches ai soldi in cassa. Peraltro per essere così dislocato da altre attività……può il ristorante chiudere alle 20? Possono iniziare a fare pulizie o cambiare lampadine durante l’orario di apertura? Si può molto migliorare

Als je kiest voor een arrangement , dus inclusief ontbijt en het zogenaamde drie gangen diner, moet je niet het beste verwachten van hun . Allereerst kregen wij een kamer op de eerste etage, precies boven de ingang .. heel erg rumoerig en de schuifdeur die de hele avond/nacht open gaat, is gewoon in de kamer hoorbaar. De slechtste kamer van het hotel, terwijl er nog zat kamers beschikbaar waren. Het zogenaamde drie gangen menu stelt niks voor en is erg weinig. Bovendien had de kok geen zin om de sinaasappelbavarois te maken en kregen wij gewoon diepvriesoesjes van de supermarkt met een laagje chocoladesaus overheen..vreselijk ! Ook het voorgerecht was waardeloos en bestond uit een zogenaamde champignonsoep met zes sprietjes tauge en twee champignons.. Ik voelde mij erg beledigd dat dit mij aangeboden werd..! Dat ze dát durven te serveren is schandalig..! We mochten alleen maar op een bepaalde plek in het restaurant zitten, omdat wij een arrangement hadden en werden zo een beetje als t****erangs gasten behandeld.. Dit is heel erg slecht ! De kelners zijn niet gastvrij en vriendelijk , ik beveel ze een cursus aan bij hun collega's van het van der Valk Hotel. Verder was het ontbijt prima, gewoon standaard zoals overal, maar zodra je iets extra's bestelt,zul je bedrogen uitkomen. Ik had een arrangement betaald voor 3 dagen van 335€ en zal dit dus nooit meer doen.

Best prijzig voor zo'n hotelkamer. Het was een kleine kamer met een badkamer en toilet. Badkamer hangt alles scheef. Handoekenrekje hing uit de schroeven. Douche was vies van de kalk muren kon wel een verfje gebruiken. Hoofdsteun van het bed is kapot het leder was gebladderd. Het sprei op het bed was smoezelig. Bij de voordeur de deurklink was kapot als je er langs loopt moet je uitkijken dat je kleding niet kapot gaat. Erg duur voor zo'n kamer. Ontbijt was prijzig pp was wel lekker. Personeel is aardig. Voordeel je zit vlakbij het centrum van Maastricht

Siamo stati benissimo a St Gerlach, bellissima struttura, camera spaziosa e accogliente, colazione molto ricca, piscina e spa impeccabili con ottimo servizio massaggi. Il personale è sempre impeccabile e l’ospite è trattato come un re. La macchina del caffè non funzionava, abbiamo avvertito la reception e ce l’hanno sostituita in pochi minuti. Molto bello anche il ristorante con un menu raffinato. Bellissima poi l’atmosfera natalizia ed i mercatini di Aquisgrana (Aachen) e Maastricht. Un paradiso a sole 4 ore di auto da Parigi.

As in many European cities this hotel is the result of a conversion of old buildings with some additions. This makes the whole atmosphere very cozy and charming and in touch with what you would expect when visiting Maastricht. The location is perfect facing de Virjthof square, with a municipal parking garage just crossing the street and in the middle of everything worth visiting in the city. Lot of restaurants just around the corners. We had a superior suite, generous in size, with a bathroom with an unusual layout due to the bedroom being in what I guess was a former dining room. The shower cabin was very nice and everything worked well. AC with 2 equipments in bedroom and living room worked well as did internet. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Served not in a buffet style because the hotel is very small, but with high quality ingredientes and everything you might desire. The guy running the breakfast was very kind and efficient. Check out was done quickly and with no problems. Check in could have been more explicit regarding information about certain limitations of the hotel having nobody in reception after 18:00. Concierge service is non existent. The Spa is in the modern add on building. Tasteful, modern, with a plunge pool and saunas, it makes a good impression. At night the breakfast room is used as a restaurant with a charming patio. Conclusion : a charming European boutique hotel with modern amenities, modern decor, housed in old preserved buildings, with a nice spa, limited reception service and very good breakfast.

Quattro notti, la prima di cui nella suite di Natale. Molto ambienti, con in ogni stanza un albero di Natale, vari guirlandi con luci, soggiorno separato con schermo piatto e Netflix, bagno con doppio tavolo da lavare l'uno contro l'altro. Molto spazio per la cabina ovunque, doccia pioggia, pannelli infrarossi, e una camera da letto spaziosa, tutto bene, ma la domanda se potessimo avere due letti separati, è stata risolta negativamente. In suite abbiamo dovuto togliere ogni volta 7 punti, che erano quasi inaccessibili nella camera da letto. Un AB era stato così utile e poi il bagno con la porta di vetro, chi inventa qualcosa del genere? Anche abbiamo mancato un piano Oid nel doccia. Shampoo e sapone dovevano essere messi sul pavimento, per il resto tutto era buono, la stanza normale era spaziale, di nuovo con schermo piatto e Netflix. Bella bagno, qui un piano. Il buffet per colazione era stato esteso con per ogni cosa, la cena era anche buona, solo dovevamo chiedere sempre frittelle, perché indipendentemente dal numero di piatti principali, avete ricevuto solo un piccolo bicchiere di frittelle.
