Hotel in zona G-Star Outlet, Maasmechelen

Il buono: - Ottimo base per camminare e bicicletta in un bel ambiente! - Molto buon cibo nel ristorante, tradizionale francese, prezzo è qualcosa di alto. - Molto attento e personale piacevole, molto buono! - Buona copertura WiFi e nessuna streaming issues - Superficie della Junior Suite è abbastanza spaziosa - Non è adatto per gennaio, ma il giardino e le attrazioni esterne sembrano attraenti. Il male: - L'hotel è datato. - La suite junior era molto buio, sommerso, non attraente e molto inconveniente. - Seduto/senitore in camera. Non per stare bene. - La TV si attacca ad una porta tra camera da letto e camera da letto, particolarmente inconveniente! Solo trasmettitori belgi. Prendi un Chromecast oid. - Le letti, si pubblicizza con un letto grande, si ottiene 2 letti su ruote separatamente. Super inquietante. - Le letti sono estremamente morbide e dolce, passati? - Molto poco e non correttamente progettato illuminazione Non è davvero un disastro, ma certamente non è anche un posto per festeggiare insieme qualcosa ....

Everything new and clean. Nice modern rooms. Very friendly and caring staff at reception, ****** and restaurant area. Very good breakfast (scrambled eggs and bacon cooked to order). All in all a good place to spend the night. We would definitely come back if in the area.

Hilton Honors üyesi olarak özellikle seçtiğimiz otelde birbiri ardına gelen kötü deneyimler yaşadık . Otele giriş yaptığımızda 14.30 civarı idi, (check-inn 15.00), odalar henüz hazır değildi ki olabilir, bize bavullarımızı bırakmamız önerildi. Akşam 19.30 sıralarında otel döndüğümüzde bavulların olduğu odanın kapısının açılamadığını, görevli personele ve otel müdürüne ulaşamadıklarını öğrendik. İlaçlarımız dahil herşeyimiz kitliydi ve ne zaman açılacağı konusunda hiç kimsenin fikri yoktu. Yoğun ısrar hatta agresif bir yaklaşım ile sonunda gece 2.00 gibi kapı kırıldı ve bavullar geldi. Bu arada bize defalarca otel müdürünün pazartesi günü bize ulaşacağı söylendi, ki bu HİÇ OLMADI :(( Bitti mi, HAYIR, sonraki 2 gün oda temizlenmedi, sonunda gene defalarca söyleyerek odayı temizlettik. Bitti mi, HAYIR, Bu otelde 2 oda ayırtmıştık birisi 1 Eylül diğeri 2 Eylül çıkışlı.Kızımızın başka planı olduğu için. 30 Ağustos günü herhangi bir özür vs. alamamış ve zar zor odamızı nihayet temizletmişken, iki odayı da 1 Eylülde boşaltmamız gerektiği BİLDİRİLDİ. Şaka sandınız değil mi? gayet ***dilerdi, ne otele varış öncesi, ne check-in sırasında ne de otelde geçirdiğimiz 3 gün boyunca bahsetmedikleri bir fazla rezervasyon olduğu , çıkmazsak polis çağıracaklarını söylediler. Açıkcası elbette odadan çıkmayabilirdik, ama gerçekten artık olay bu otelden kaçıp kurtulalıma geldiği için, oteli terk ettik. Ne yaptılar derseniz, tabii ki biz ödemek kaydıyla başka bir otelde rezervasyon.... Yani siz bilirsiniz

Wij hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Wij hadden een normale kamer geboekt maar tot onze verbazing mochten we verblijven in de junior suite welke voorzien was van alle gemakken. Vanuit hotel liep je zowat de markt op wat erg gezellig was met de barretjes en restaurants. Ontbijt in hotel was ook prima. Het is inderdaad wat gehorig maar dat is echt enige puntje van kritiek.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 3 notti durante il Natale, mentre visitavamo la famiglia vicino. L'hotel e la camera sembrano bellissimi, come per le foto pubblicizzate. Ci sono un ampio parcheggio e il colazione è davvero buono. Tuttavia, ci siamo sentiti sgombrati dopo il nostro soggiorno. La nostra camera (numero 28) era davvero fredda, tutto il tempo. Non c'era riscaldamento centrale, solo un'unità di aria condizionata che occasionalmente abbiamo dovuto esplodere il calore, ma non ha mai riscaldato completamente la stanza. Il bagno era freddo e non si era asciutto completamente. C'è un'unità di riscaldamento a vento nel bagno che deve essere ferita ma non si secca niente. Il letto non aveva una materassi adeguata, solo un sottile strato di schiuma su una scatola di primavera. Alla sua arrivo (al 24/12), non abbiamo ricevuto il benvenuto più caldo. Siamo arrivati in un hotel chiuso e abbiamo dovuto chiamare la ricezione due volte e aspettare un po' prima che qualcuno ci venisse a vedere e ci sbrigasse a entrare. Avete aspettato qualcosa di più, un bel messaggio o un invito a venire al bar per feste, ma nella prima frase ci è stato detto che il ristorante sarebbe stato chiuso per i prossimi giorni a causa di Natale. Non era il benvenuto che ci aspettavamo. Tutti gli altri momenti che passavamo la zona di accoglienza/bar, era senza equipaggio. Durante il nostro soggiorno, si sentiva più come camere servite che un hotel. Che è bello se è quello che stai cercando, ma abbiamo prenotato un hotel durante il Natale per ottenere l'esperienza dell'hotel. Natale o qualsiasi altra vacanza non dovrebbe essere una scusa.

La stanza era molto pulita! Nessuna stanza super grande ma sicuramente tutto quello che avete bisogno era presente! Anche gratis 2 piccole bottiglie di acqua e caffè e tè! La colazione era di prima!! Era un buffet con un sacco di deliziosi e molto esteso! Amai! Il personale ha un cappello, perché ha fatto in modo che tutto fosse stato completato in tempo! Abbiamo trovato solo qualcosa che non ci ha fregato, ma l'hotel non ha nulla da fare, erano gli ospiti rumorosi in corridoio! L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione ma non hai alcun peso sul rumore dei treni! La nostra finestra era aperta spesso e non abbiamo assolutamente sentito treni passare! Ci ritorneremo certamente a quell'hotel!

This is the first time we have stayed in a property in this price range that was badly antiquated, poorly run, and lacked any modern management that we wanted to escape almost directly after checking in. We should have been more conscious honestly after reading the TA reviews as the management apparently only responds to positive reviews but never to negative ones....a clear sign there is a lack of any accountability or leadership in a property honestly. Beyond the poor communications in advance of our stay we have to say that the rooms have not been refurbished since the 1970s at best and were stuffy, dark, and kind of sad honestly to the point where we worried about sticking to something. While some of the junior staff were friendly enough, the communication with management was poor and when we asked how we could best accomodate the needs of our children, we were simply told that one could sleep in our bed and they could set up a crib for the other child....at a rental cost of 15 euro a day!!!!! In my decades of traveling I have not ever found a single 4 star property that charged a daily rate on using a baby crib in a room and in general this left us the rather pressing feeling that families are not welcome here! Otherwise, if you are taking a train to Maastricht it is an ideal location as the hotel is located almost directly next to the train station and the noise is not so bad at night. In general though, this property felt like an obsolete dinosaur with no central leadership or accountability to its guests. The sad fact though is that with one of the Netherland's best hospitality schools based within the city limits, this poor service could easily be remedied we argued with some fresh blood and investment, but instead it looks like the owners just want to rest on the Amrath's accolades (and its presumed '4 stars') from yesteryear. A true pity and waste of money these days especially in such a hospitable city as Maasstricht where the Crowne Plaza nearby is clean, well run, and equally convenient.
