Hotel in zona Den Dodendraad, Maasmechelen

Everything new and clean. Nice modern rooms. Very friendly and caring staff at reception, ****** and restaurant area. Very good breakfast (scrambled eggs and bacon cooked to order). All in all a good place to spend the night. We would definitely come back if in the area.

Le cucchiaini non sono comode. Il calore si fermò presto la mattina e la stanza si fece fredda e mi interrompe il sonno. Ci sono spazio per migliorare il colazione. È difficile prevedere il tempo esatto per il colazione in anticipo e entro breve intervallo.. La maggior parte degli hotel dà un intervallo di tempo per colazione di 3 ore senza fissare la partecipazione. Il personale è molto awsum e vi dà l'impressione di lusso. Molto pulito e tranquillo. La posizione è molto buona

Wij hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Wij hadden een normale kamer geboekt maar tot onze verbazing mochten we verblijven in de junior suite welke voorzien was van alle gemakken. Vanuit hotel liep je zowat de markt op wat erg gezellig was met de barretjes en restaurants. Ontbijt in hotel was ook prima. Het is inderdaad wat gehorig maar dat is echt enige puntje van kritiek.

Ero a Maastricht con mia figlia per alcuni giorni. Ho prenotato una stanza con 2 letti separati. La stanza ha mostrato un 2-persoonsbed. Dopo aver chiesto alla reception abbiamo ancora ricevuto un'altra stanza. Sarebbe bello se ci fossero 2 sedie in una stanza 2-persoons ipv 1. Inoltre, ci mancava spazio per i nostri vestiti e una scatola o un tavolo nella camera da bagno per i nostri bagni. Li abbiamo messi sul pavimento. Quando, dopo un giorno, siamo tornati in città alle 15:00, siamo tornati in camera per stare tranquilli e bere un caffè, sembrava che la stanza non fosse stata pulita. Dopo aver ricevuto un biglietto per il consumo nel bar dell'hotel. L'hotel era ben risolto. La posizione era buona, era tranquillo. Personale presso la reception e il servizio nel bar era gentile.

This is the first time we have stayed in a property in this price range that was badly antiquated, poorly run, and lacked any modern management that we wanted to escape almost directly after checking in. We should have been more conscious honestly after reading the TA reviews as the management apparently only responds to positive reviews but never to negative ones....a clear sign there is a lack of any accountability or leadership in a property honestly. Beyond the poor communications in advance of our stay we have to say that the rooms have not been refurbished since the 1970s at best and were stuffy, dark, and kind of sad honestly to the point where we worried about sticking to something. While some of the junior staff were friendly enough, the communication with management was poor and when we asked how we could best accomodate the needs of our children, we were simply told that one could sleep in our bed and they could set up a crib for the other child....at a rental cost of 15 euro a day!!!!! In my decades of traveling I have not ever found a single 4 star property that charged a daily rate on using a baby crib in a room and in general this left us the rather pressing feeling that families are not welcome here! Otherwise, if you are taking a train to Maastricht it is an ideal location as the hotel is located almost directly next to the train station and the noise is not so bad at night. In general though, this property felt like an obsolete dinosaur with no central leadership or accountability to its guests. The sad fact though is that with one of the Netherland's best hospitality schools based within the city limits, this poor service could easily be remedied we argued with some fresh blood and investment, but instead it looks like the owners just want to rest on the Amrath's accolades (and its presumed '4 stars') from yesteryear. A true pity and waste of money these days especially in such a hospitable city as Maasstricht where the Crowne Plaza nearby is clean, well run, and equally convenient.

Il mio soggiorno a Thermae 2000 mi ha fatto molto piacere. Situato su una montagna di Valkenburg, le viste panoramiche e la bellezza naturale dell'ambiente offrono un grande senso di tranquillità. L'hotel è molto confortevole. Ogni camera, completamente attrezzata e ben mantenuta, ha una piccola terrazza con vista tranquilla sulla foresta. Costruita come piramide, è l'unico hotel che so che ha un po 'di funiculare invece di un ascensore da un piano all'altro. Il personale in generale, e soprattutto nell'hotel e nei vari ristoranti, sono sempre sorridenti, gentili e sembrano curati e felici di lavorare in questo luogo. Vi faranno sentire benvenuti e confortevoli, e partecipare a ogni richiesta con un sorriso. Le strutture spa sono molto ampie, super pulite e ben mantenute, e si può scegliere tra una varietà di opzioni per adattarsi alle vostre esigenze e alle vostre esigenze. Ci sono piscina all'interno e all'esterno, una vasta scelta di saune, bagni a vapore e trattamenti idrici, nonché un sacco di spazio all'esterno per rilassarsi e raffreddare. I trattamenti spa sono molto professionali e piacevoli. I terapeuti sono qualificati e piacevoli. Tutte le camere sono pulite, ben mantenute e forniscono l'atmosfera perfetta per rilassarsi e sentirsi appassionati. Ho provato il ristorante gastronomico per cena (« Pure ») e era perfetto. La signora capo esecutivo indiana ha una cucina molto inventiva, superbly presentata, sofisticata e deliziosa. E' un po' costosa, ma vale ogni penny. I piatti sono creativi, freschi e aromatici, e il servizio è impeccabile e ragionevolmente veloce – anche se il ristorante era pieno quella notte. (È consigliabile prenotare in anticipo) Esperienza generale: Perfetto per un'occasione speciale. Credo che sia uno dei migliori spa nei Paesi Bassi e tra i migliori in Europa.

La stanza era molto pulita! Nessuna stanza super grande ma sicuramente tutto quello che avete bisogno era presente! Anche gratis 2 piccole bottiglie di acqua e caffè e tè! La colazione era di prima!! Era un buffet con un sacco di deliziosi e molto esteso! Amai! Il personale ha un cappello, perché ha fatto in modo che tutto fosse stato completato in tempo! Abbiamo trovato solo qualcosa che non ci ha fregato, ma l'hotel non ha nulla da fare, erano gli ospiti rumorosi in corridoio! L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione ma non hai alcun peso sul rumore dei treni! La nostra finestra era aperta spesso e non abbiamo assolutamente sentito treni passare! Ci ritorneremo certamente a quell'hotel!
