As a newlywed couple, our honeymoon in the Maldives was an absolute dream, and it wouldn't have been the same without the exceptional service we received at Arena Beach Hotel. The level of hospitality we encountered was truly outstanding, and we owe a heartfelt thank you to the dedicated staff members who made our stay so memorable. Themiya and Ruwan, the friendly faces at the front office, welcomed us with open arms and ensured that every aspect of our visit was seamless. Their professionalism and willingness to assist were truly appreciated, and they went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. On the culinary front, Nipuna and Janith, the talented chefs at Arena Beach Hotel, took our dining experience to a whole new level. Their culinary creations were nothing short of exquisite, and each meal was a delightful journey of flavors. From delectable breakfasts to romantic dinners by the shore, Nipuna and Janith's culinary skills added an extra layer of magic to our honeymoon. The accommodations were luxurious, offering breathtaking views and all the comforts one could ask for. From the moment we stepped on maafushi we were welcomed from the hotel . A buggy was a couple of step away and our luggages were taken care of. With a little quick island tour we were taken to the hotel and the checkin process was so smooth . It was great service from Sachin from reception to make it all happen . Seeing his smile was enough to make all our worries go away . The room was excellent quality and the amenities were more than enough for our short stay . Truly amazing view of the ocean at the 5th floor with a balcony filled with privacy . I observed how other hotels had constructed their balcony but triton prestige went beyond expectation for privacy. The next day we planed to go to the beach and staffs understood and guided us to the beach and also assisted with the best and the most comfortable sun-bed from the whole beach . There are so many staffs around and attentive. The breakfast also had amazing options and staff were attentive as well . Monir was one of the best server there he knew me and he was always smiling and engaging . Even-though i came late to breakfast he didnt show any frustration kept his smile from his heart and it really meant alot . And to even sum it up we had like 2 hours after check out still they offered to use their pool facilities and shower as well .. It is very happy to know that they are still in service for us until we take out last steps out of the island . Thank you all for this anticipatory and making this trip memorable .

Hotel fantastico!Quasi tutto!Le camere r pulite n efficiente!Non molto fritte, ma chi spende le vacanze tropicali in una stanza! lol Servis suo scopo w grande complementare colazione maldiviana 🍳, acqua calda 💦 freddo a/c n bottiglia d'acqua riempibile gratis più caffè , tè 5 min passeggiata da qualsiasi parte dell'isola 🏝️ PS - Io giro ogni giorno intorno all'isola ci sono voluti 10 min Looking per hotel a prezzi accessibili! W necessità di base, pulito!Questo è il vostro posto Bonus che hanno fornito la barca di carico dall'aeroporto n cadere $25, l'agente dell'hotel incontra u al doc bar n prende il bagaglio

We stayed as a family for 3 nights in the quadruple room which was spacious enough for 2 adults and 3 children to sleep comfortably. The quadruple rooms do not face the sea. The condition of the room is excellent and the hotels seems to be well maintained. Service wise, the staff are generally polite. The breakfast had limited options. Be warned, the cats literally dine with you in the restaurant and it appears to be a problem across the island. The beach is nice although it is not maintained as it should be. There were plenty of sun beds available. Water sports are very reasonably priced compared to average prices in Maldives. Overall, pleasant stay.

The staff is rude and uncooperative, especially their operation manager , a very malicious and provocative person. The hotel is not 4 stars at all. Before and after the hotel is a construction area, which makes it a very dirty place. The restaurant smells rancid and the food is bad. We could not eat a bite, even the water glasses smelled bad. The session The interior and exterior are lousy, and the disaster is that the beach and the sea are not beautiful, as if you are in a poor village that is not in the Maldives. Our children’s room was dirty and full of insects, and when we told them they just sprayed insecticide and caused our children allergies, the balcony is not soundproofed and all the noise and drums on the beach and the street you hear while you are inside the room, we could not sleep That night, one hour, even the voices of people in the entrance can be heard, and the curtains are not light-proof, the bed and pillows are very bad, we stayed one night and asked to checke out early and that they have to return to us part of the payment of the remaining four nights and for two rooms .we checked out to find out that they deducted all the booking and the high tax and the 5 breakfasts with the green tax with careLess and disregards from their manager . It was the most terrible hotel in Maldives with the biggest lose
