Offshore - the Inn Collection Group

Lovely modern hotel in a great location. Rooms were spacious and the bunk beds in our family room were perfect. Bathroom was clean and nicely designed with a lovely shower. We ate in the pub and the food was delicious and the kids meals were good value. Only feedback for review is the lack of seating inside the pub as we came back on the Sunday evening at 8pm and there wasn’t anywhere to sit insidr and relax with a drink. No lounge area other than bar stools at the bar so not ideal when staying with children- we had to walk to the Dalmeny hotel to have a drink and when we came back at 9pm there still weren’t enough seats. I did mention this when we were leaving so hopefully this is taken into consideration. Even some outside heating on the patio would be good! I would revisit this hotel but probably not with children.

Mon to frid. Arrived to a warm welcome. Across the road from the beach. Great views. Large bedroom, food good had bed and breakfast. Used the hotel for main meal first night. Used the surrounding area for other main meals. Dogs were allowed at the hotel. Everything clean, bed comfy, food good.

My friend and I have just spent the night at Offshore.We had booked a twin Seaview room and it was lovely.Bathroom was a bit small but nice.Brekky was plentiful.The only thing I would say is £169 for a night is a bit steep.However if there were a few extra luxuries in room bottled water sachets hot choc slippers dressing gown etc value for money would have been met.I realise it was a family room as there were 3 beds but in effect we were paying for 3 people b and b when there were actually only 2 of us.Also £3.75 for bottle J2O ?In spite of this I would still recommend this lovely hotel and friendly staff

I stayed in one of the the single rooms, which was very nice, but I found the bed very uncomfortable so didn't sleep well. I eat in the bar and found the food not really to my taste.

arrived on monday 23/9/2024the gentleman that checked us in was very jolly the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable food was lovely staff very helpfull we really enjoyed our stay will return next year thank you Betty & Alan Henshall from Stoke-On-Trent

Overall a good stay but found the pillows uncomfortable and mattress a bit firm. Lovely breakfast and attentive staff. Evening meal okay but nothing special.

Upon arrival we checked ourselves in although someone did come and ask if we were ok. He the proceeded to do our key cards on the system. Quite easy to check in or you can do it on line. Forget parking in hotel just go past and take your first left free on street parking. Food excellent. My first complaint. We ordered cheese and biscuits £12 me and hubby shared. We asked for a few more crackers. Waitress came back and said sorry if you want more you will have to pay extra. I said forget it. Then she arrived with a few on a plate and said enjoy. I presumed they had re considered about charging for more biscuits. On arrival of my bill at checkout they had charged 50p lol ridiculous. Not bothered about 50p. How ridiculous. CS comes to mind. Room was very warm had fan on all night. Staff all pleasant. No meet and greet at breakfast. So you just have to guess what the crack is at breakfast. All in all a very nice stay. But management stop charging for a few cheese biscuits 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. My last moan is clean your sauce bottle tops they were hacked up. Yes I did work in a restaurant for many years. Attention to detail comes to mind.

The room and facilities were excellent, staff were extremely friendly, food and drinks were great. The room was a bit too warm to sleep in, however we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again. Thank you! :)

As the weather was good the outside seating area was perfect to relax for lunch and drinks . The room was very clean , modern and comfortable with a huge bed . Breakfast time was a little chaotic and there was a long wait for the food . Most of the staff were friendly and helpful … Parking was limited but I was able to find a space on a nearby street. Overall our stay was lovely and we would definitely have a family break there again !
